    Fabulosas casas de vacaciones, gran piscina compartida, 3 habitaciones (BR1 - Queen, BR2 - Full Bunks, BR3 - 1 Queen), 1 sofá cama, 2. 5 baños, capacidad para 10 personas. Tiene wifi (Mascota amigable)

    The Commons at Seashell es un excelente lugar para alquilar una unidad para hasta 10 personas o varias unidades para hasta 90 personas para reuniones familiares, retiros y reuniones de amigos. Hay una gran piscina compartida, hamacas para relajarse, mesas de picnic para comidas al aire libre bajo la sombra de una caba��a en el centro de las unidades. Cada unidad tiene una ducha al aire libre para enjuagar después de un día de jugar en la arena. Es un paseo fácil o divertido paseo en carrito de golf a la playa. * Hay estacionamiento para 2 autos por unidad. *
    Esta unidad tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños. (BR1 - Queen, BR2 - Full Bunks, BR3 - 1 Queen), 1 sofá cama. Hay un televisor en el dormitorio principal y un televisor de pantalla plana grande en la sala de estar. Los pisos son de cemento en la planta baja y de pino en la planta superior para facilitar la limpieza. Las paredes son de 10 "de pino grueso para mantener las cosas tranquilas y cómodas.

Everything was clean !!!

This was the second time staying in the same unit . The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the showers other than that everything was good.

Well stocked

The only thing it did not have was a measuring cup. Plenty of pots and pans and kitchen gadgets. Everything was great.

Beautiful home

The home was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for.our party of 10. Close to the beach and restaurants. We will most definitely stay again in the near future.

Good for family

Our family of 5 enjoyed it. Good location and about 10 min walk to beach. Unfortunately it rained almost the whole time, but it was nice having the pool steps away for the little breaks in the rain.

Clean, plenty of newer towels , beach vibe, great location. A couple small maintenance items need attention but nothing to lower the rating

Wonderful Port A Get-Away

We enjoyed this property very much. The house was clean, well equipped kitchen, close walk to the beach, very nice salt water pool, comfortable beds. We will rent with this property again in the future.

Great Spring Break Gettaway

We had a great stay at the Commons. Easy walking distance to beach and shops. Condos have so much room. Great place to stay. Loved sitting outside in the courtyard every evening. And dog friendly. Had a small problem with drain and they sent someone over no problem.

good stay

very pretty well decorated cortage spacious its has everyt5you need in the kitchen utensils cooking even a dishwasher and restroom equipped with everything too great pool and bbq pit areas mayne clean bbq pits more often or just have more cleananing items for pit also this cottage in particular get rid of living room area rug that one was gross it had pet hair and it looks like a health hazard i prefer clean bare floors close to beach mayne a 10 min drive or 15 blocks approx away. beds and pillows were soso but i found i could manage 2 days like that i would come again also great washer and dryer

Cute place

This place was clean inside, conveniently located, and had everything we needed. Only downside - you have to sit within 5' of the router to use the wi-fi. It was an easy way to keep my kids off their phones. 🙂

Awesome!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy about everything about our vacation rental. Good location. Good price. The community was very homey. Pool was great. We had an issue with dishwasher and maintenance was there within minutes... on a Sunday evening with smiles. We will stay again and recommend!

Not happy with this rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Too crowded. Looked like college dorm set up. Too many people. Not enough privacy. House did not look like it was cleaned properly. Stains and sticky substance on chairs and table. Pool water was cloudy. Ad said gold cart was included then rental office changed it and said it was an extra $150 a day. Lies. False advertising. I’ve rented and stayed in much nicer places than this. Looked like a welfare apartment set up.
