WHAT’S NEARBY
Located in Palm Bay Village you will be just a few blocks from the beach, and conveniently close to the parking area. There are many things here for the entire family to enjoy, including a number of local restaurants and shops nearby. You are also close to Mustang Island Park for superb fishing and hiking.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Mini Vaca with the Family

I enjoyed every aspect of this mini weekend stay, but my only complaint is we drove in with 2 vehicles and only 1 spot for parking and my daughter had to park in front in the guest parking area. I was not comfortable with her walking in the evenings to her car with outings we had planned.

Water Pressure was nice.........

Probably did not get what was paid for. No maid service, walked the entire property while walking the dog (pet friendly was VERY nice) and could not find a dumpster on the property or the one that MIGHT have been associated was padlocked. Over 4 days, 4 people build up some stuff. The security spot light outside the master over-lit the bedroom to near not sleep worthy. The mattresses are from Costco discount isle and barely Queen sized. The pull out couch bed was more comfy. Sheets had sand grit in them. Washer-dryer was a life saver to re-wash & soften bedding & reduce the overwhelming bleach smell with washer beads.. Kitchen was functional and clean but the pots & pans were from Goodwill discount lane & bad in condition. Single ply toilet paper. The saving grace was Island Market is 1 block away, a decent local grocery. The drive to the beach is 4 mins, it's a 15 min walk taking life into own hands... No hassle check in & check out was nice. Shower was 28 inches by 30 inches in master with moldy shower curtain but the water pressure was good. Pool was GREAT but rules not enforced for furniture in pool, hooligans taking it over with placing furniture in pool & brining their dogs to wade around. Grotto on the pool was nice. It's a nice place needing more onsite management of adults whom can't read. GRILLS on site were GREAT.. Great location, best place for WHERE it is but... Lower expectations vs price...

Beautiful Island Condo

Had a great time on the island for a long weekend beach trip! Really enjoyed this beautiful condo! It’s very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had all we needed in terms of kitchen amenities and towels. The pool area is a beautiful little oasis. There’s plenty of covered tables and lounge chairs and 2 bbq grills. The condo patio offers nice seating to have your morning coffee or after a day at the beach. I would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone looking to enjoy a vacation on the island.

Not what I expected

Communication from the property owner was great. However the pictures on website do not match. The pictures showed a 3 bedroom but in reality it was listed as a 2 bedroom unit. It also showed the master to have a king bed but turned out was a queen bed. The refrigerator seal did not work properly. We had a hard time keeping it closed. I personally was not impressed due to the unit was dirty and very outdated. Pictures showed it to look like a brand new unit. The pool and gas grills were a nice addition. The beds were ok to sleep in. Overall I would give it 3 stars due to cleanliness and maintenance on unit.

Meh, kind of a disappointment

It was very unclean from the get-go. There was broken glass on the porch, the window blinds were broken, the silverware was dirty in the drawers and the floors were not very clean. There were no coffee filters and there were no oven mits. For the price, I just didn't feel it was up to par. very disappointing.

No local help with issues.

No wifi, no pool access, dirty kitchen and floors. Despite calling, texting, and emailing numerous times absolutely none of these issues were addressed. The most disappointing and frustrating stay in North Padre we have ever had. We chose to stay here because of the pool but we never had the opportunity to use it because there was no pool key in the unit! Vacasa would promply respond with apologies but no local response no resolution to the problems at all!! Will not EVER use Vacasa again!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was nice and sufficient but did need some work, but that did not have any affect on our stay. I would suggest that they make sure that there is more than 2 trash bags and that there is dishwasher detergent.

Perfect location

The property was perfect , Close to the beach and grocery store. Just a short drive to get back to the mainland. The property was nice a quiet with a great pool to relax next to in the evenings.

The place was run down, needs maintenance. The pictures online did not look like the actual house. Bathroom tub drained very slowly. It had walls with marks on them. The front door had holes where locks should be. No broom to sweep the floor. Front door blinds were broken. The shower curtain liners were moldy. Only one blanket in the house.

The internet was weak and non existent in the bedroom furthest from the living room where modem., etc, is connected. Could not log into my Netflix on the tv as internet connection wasn’t staying connected. Did not bother asking property manager about it as we just read in the evening or played games.

First time stay

the rental is clean, towels are provided. The rental is really close to the beach. A small grocery store is nearby. Very close to a variety of restaurants. The pool is very nice. The community is well kept The down side....the rental has ants. The mattress are extremely uncomfortable. The pillows are very poor quality and have almost no filling. The rental also has a very strange smell. I am sure someone is aware of the smell because all over the rental are scent packets. The scent packets smell nice but they don't remove the weird smell from the rental.

Fishing Trip

Property was nice and clean. But was not told that the disposal was broken and when using the sink it all went straight down below. when opening the cabinet below there was a towel that did nothing for the amount of water that had poured down below. So now we had to clean the mess. And it would be to add a measuring cup to the kitchen.

Comfortable place and great location.

Had a great time. Place was very comfortable and pool was very nice for the kiddos. Great location for Whitecap beach or even driving to Malaquite Beach. We would stay there again.

Great location and property overall

Cute little condo, perfect getaway! Very close to the beach, pool area is amazing especially for the kids. Fully stocked with dishes, towels, etc. Only downfall is that the floors were not very clean. And no broom or vacuum in the condo to use. And after a week it would have been extremely nice to have one.
