  • Disfrute de la hermosa área de la bahía de Aransas en esta hermosa casa. Idealmente situado en la pequeña comunidad histórica de Fulton. 1/2 cuadra de la bahía con lote abierto entre casa y agua! 2 habitaciones, 1 baño. Dormitorio principal con cama queen y baño adjunto. Segundo dormitorio con cama matrimonial y acceso al baño. Cocina completamente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos. Asientos de mesa de comedor de la granja seis. El hogar es muy limpio y brillante. Patio cercado en un 6200 SqFt. Lote en esquina. Un montón de aparcamiento para coches y barcos. Disfrute de las vistas de la bahía, la brisa y los amaneceres desde el porche trasero cubierto. A poca distancia de Fulton Harbor Park, Fulton Mansion, restaurantes, pesca y tiendas. 3 millas de las tiendas y restaurantes de Austin Street en el centro de Rockport. 5 minutos en coche de la playa de Rockport / laguna de natación de agua salada. 20 millas a las playas de Port Aransas. Tarifas "Winter Texan" disponibles para estadías prolongadas. Damos la bienvenida a las mascotas en una base de "caso por caso".

Perfect stay for Sisters Trip

The house is adorable! A great location - we walked to eat both evenings! Perfect views for sunrise from the back porch. There is even a great little souvenir shop steps from the back door.

Our happy place

We love this little house, it’s charming and the location is perfect. Our pups love the yard!! It was our second time staying and I hope we get many more visits.

What a great location for us! Cool house with access to so much in Fulton/Rockport area. We wanted to explore one of the last Texas coastal areas we havent seen. Easy walking distance to quality shops, dining & beach/coastal activities. The home is a little older but very comfotable and homey....Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect stay!!

Rented this property specifically for Oysterfest. Everything was within walking distance to the festival, restaurants, and cute shop. We will definitely stay here again! Very clean and comfortable!

Nice property- great location! House was clean - plenty of towels and amenities. My second time to stay here and would stay here again. Sofas and beds are not the most comfortable, but overall we truly enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back porch people watching and seeing the hummingbirds at the feed. The host was very quick to respond when we needed assistance.

Family summer vacation

My family and I are so happy we choice this property. The house is in a nice area and close to everything. The house was the perfect size for a family of four and plenty of yard space of dogs. Can’t wait to book another trip.

Perfect in-town experience

We love this home and the location. We will definitely be repeat visitors as this was our second stay here. It's extremely conveniently located to anything you would need and within walking distance to the bay, restaurants, and the park. Great for small families or groups. Home is fully and well stocked with any amenities you might need. Would highl in-town experience experience

Great Location, Very Clean & Wonderful Communication.

We loved the location. Easy to walk to restaurants. Please was clean and as described. And the email communication regarding check in / check out. We will be back.
