Blue Haven – Waterfront Home w/ Heated Pool & Private Pier

Welcome to Blue Haven, the sanctuary you have been waiting for. The newly built waterfront 4 bedroom/3 bath home has a gorgeous heated pool, sun deck, and a lighted private fishing pier. There is something for everyone to enjoy. There are 2 kayaks and the pier has a lower platform for easy kayak launching, a privacy-fenced backyard, Adirondack chairs around the pool, and off-street parking for 8 cars.

Walking into this home, you are in an open-concept living area with a sectional couch and plenty of seating to gather or watch TV. The fully equipped kitchen has 3 seats on the island, a dining table with seating for 8, and a high chair. The home has two primary bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a "kids room" with a twin trundle bed. There is a third full bath off the main living area for the guest and kids' rooms. The layout of this home is perfect for family or friends.

We love staying here...it's our 2nd year to have an early family holiday gathering and it has been super enjoyable both time! The house layout is great, the fishing pier is a winner with the guys, & the heated pool is always a nice bonus. The propert managers are very communicative & easy to work with.

Wow - perfect vacation

Everything was as pictured and described, yet better. They supplied everything you need for cooking and playing. Clean!!! The best outdoor chairs with the best view. The constant breeze kept it comfortable to sit outside all day. We spent many hours in the clean pool. We will be back next year. *Make sure you bring bug spray if you are going to be outside in the evening.

Family holiday gathering

We stayed here for the weekend as an early holiday gathering. The house is great! We had the pool heated & the weather ended up being perfect for swimming. A few fished off the pier (caught some keepers) & other went out in the kayaks. Overall, a great location for our family!!

October vaca

Great property. Clean. Everything you need! Except no closet in bedroom with king bed, couldn’t hang up clothes. Bedroom with queen had no tv but had a closet with no hangers and nowhere to store clothes, except keep in suitcase on floor. No dresser either. Can opener needs replaced!!! We made it work and had a wonderful time! $180 extra for 4 nights of heated pool time! First night couldn’t use was not warm enough, but next 3 nights were great!

Everything you need in one spot

The place was clean with a pool at the perfect temperature. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet with lots of parking. Fishing was decent and we had a ton of fun catching crabs at the dock. Definitely plan to return next year.

This trip was for me and my siblings to spend time together since we all have busy and hectic lives. The house was so nice and clean exactly like the pictures. The property had so many items available to us like zip loc bags, foil, coffee and so many others. Check in and check out was easy. I would definitely recommend this place. We all loved it!

Great Get Away

This house is beautiful and in a nice quiet cul-de-sac and the peacefulness of looking out at Salt Lake was great. We caught lots of crabs and lots of small fish as well. The weather was perfect. Warm and very breezy which kept the mosquitos away when out by the pool! Pool was nice. Management was great and very responsive with questions! We had a few constructive criticisms! The biggest issue we had was that the airfilter had clearly not been changed in a while as it was caked with dust. This impacted all of our allergies while we were there. I let mgmt know right away and they stated they would pass along the information to the property owner. As nice as this house is, it did lack some storage. One master bedroom has no closet for use. It is locked for property owner. So there is no where to hang clothes in there. 2 rooms do not have dressers so living out to the suitcase is the option in those rooms. The small 'kids room' with a trundle bed didnt have any storage at all. Its a small room but a bedside table or something wouldve been good bc our daughter had to live out of the suitcase on the floor. There was a lack of bath towels with only 2-3 per bathroom. At full occupancy, thats not enough at all. There is not a kitchen pantry and most of the cabinet space is too high to reach without a chair or stool. We rearranged alot to make room in accessible cabinets and drawers for our food. overall though we had a great time!

Perfect Family Stay

There was something for everyone here. We all enjoyed the salt water pool. We played corn hole.There was fishing and crab cages. We caught several just to release them. Very spacious for our group. Very well stocked. Thank you for the snacks! We were hungry after our drive. It was nice to be able to come straight there and not need anything else. We will be back for sure!
