  • Este maravilloso, recientemente actualizado y amueblado condominio en planta baja de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños con vista al canal se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa, piscina climatizada en invierno, bañera de hidromasaje, gimnasio de última generación abierto las 24 horas, estanque de pesca de agua salada alimentado en vivo con muelle en propiedad, se actualizó en noviembre de 2018. Ofrecemos una cama king y una cama queen con almohadas y un sofá cama queen con colchón de espuma viscoelástica. También tenemos 2 hermosas casas adosadas en Nemo Cay: 2 camas (para 6) "Wing Inn" VRBO # 607521 "y hermana 3 camas al lado (para 8)" Deja un señuelo "VRBO # 607522 para grupos más grandes o alquila ambas, como así como un nuevo 2 hab, planta baja, vista a la piscina, a pie de playa VRBO # 465887. Excelentes restaurantes, tiendas, fácil paseo a la playa, muelle de Bob Hall para pescar y comer en el agua. Alquiler de carritos de playa y el parque acuático Schlitterbahn, así como la vida de la gran ciudad de Corpus Christi con excelentes restaurantes, recorridos por el USS Lexington, State Aquarium, recorridos de pesca y la encantadora ciudad de Port Aransas a solo 20 minutos de la costa, recorridos de pesca en alta mar, alquiler de barcos, Sand Fest en abril, una visita obligada, excelentes restaurantes y vida nocturna. Hay mucho que ofrecer, así que venga a pasar sus vacaciones o un fin de semana y relájese con los dedos de los pies en la arena. Absolutamente prohibido fumar, se pueden considerar mascotas, pero deben ser aprobadas por el gerente con un cargo adicional.

Beautiful beach home, walking distance to the beach and great amenities. We come this beach every year and typically stay at a hotel. We’re so glad we found this gem!! We will continue to book it each year we return :)

We had an amazing stay in Corpus Christi this weekend! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the space felt. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Corpus Christi!

Super cute place, last minute booking and so glad we were able to find something nice!We were able to check in early with no additional charge, and the host was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The littles had a blast in the pool that is conveniently in the center of the complex.We enjoyed it!

This property was perfect for our family! Greta location to beaches and restaurants. The pool and play area were such a fun spot to hang out and enjoy for all ages. We will definitely be back!

This was a great stay for our family of four. The house is very clean and communication with the hosts was easy. Loved the community pool and location is close to the beach. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Extremely clean. Host was in communication the whole time, the pool is perfect for everyone and very clean. Perfect place to stay, especially if you have kids. Super close to the beach, restaurants, stores, live music. Thank you Jim for opening your home to us. Great memories were made!

Excellent place to relax and have fun - we will be returning! Outstanding facilities, especially for kids. Beach is very close and is well maintained and the Texas State Aquarium is a short drive away. Friendly and helpful hosts. Everyone had a great time - kids, mom and dad, and grandma!

Veronica and Jim are excellent to work with. Text message instructions were provided quickly after we rented the condo and arrival day follow-up questions were responded to by text and telephone call immediately. Very responsive and friendly.
