2nd Floor, Shared Pool, Great Location, Golf Cart Access

This newly remodeled 2nd story condo has a Nautical/Coastal theme throughout. Upon entering the large living area is a large, plush sectional. This area is great for gathering, relaxing, and watching movies on the TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The nearby dining area has a table with seating for 4. Enjoy freshly prepared meals or play games at this table. Adjacent is the open, galley-style kitchen with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils for your culinary needs. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee while sitting on the patio. The guest room (BR1) is in a palette of ocean and sand with a bunk bed that has a twin over a full, and another full-size bed, a closet, a TV, and a chest. The full-hall bathroom has a vanity with plenty of space for your toiletries and a tiled tub/shower with a glass enclosure. The laundry room is located at the end of the hall with a washer, dryer, and ample cabinet space for your detergent and cleaners. The master bedroom (BR2) is decorated in shades of green and tan and has a King-size bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, and TV. To secure your valuables, there is a small hotel-like safe located in the master closet. The ensuite bathroom has a large glass-enclosed tile shower which is separated from the vanity so more than one person can get ready at once. The shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area are across the street. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Last Summer vacation get away!

We really liked this property and quiet. Close proximity to the beach. The sofa was very comfortable. It was like being home but not at home. Kids loved the place with there own bedroom. Thank you for providing such a relaxing accommodation.

Perfect getaway

We had the best time here! The location is great and literally a straight drive to the beach. Everything (shopping, groceries, CVS etc.) is within a 2 minute drive. The condo was very clean and well kept. Super comfortable and welcoming. My daughter and her friend loved it too and they enjoyed their spring break!

Harrison Girls 1st Annual Trip - It’s Cheaper Than Cheaper

We had a excellent time. Beach time was a blast, nightly trips to Whataburger for milkshakes and fries, driving around and sight seeing the island, shopping , snow cones, eating out Virginias, our trip was Garrison Wives and daughter. It was everything we expected and more. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and had all the amenities one could ask for. I will be staying here again.

Sweet Condo

Very nice experience for all of us! Lovely nautical decor. Reasonably priced. Clean, well stocked (except there was no extra toilet paper), air conditioner worked great, appliances worked as well. A place to rent a golf cart was walking distance. As a family, we loved the couch setup. Pool was clean. Close enough to the beach taking the golf cart. We would like to return again to this same condo. Thanks!

Lights out

We will absolutely stay here again. This place is stunning! I would like to see them put some outside lights on the stairs going up and down to the apartment as I was going back out to my car after datk and I did not see one of the steps and wrenched my knee pretty bad. I have fully recovered and can't wait to get back down there. You would NEVER regret staying here! Thank you so much to the amazing staff☺️ Loved it, loved it, loved!!!

Good space, so-so location

The condo was very nicely decorated and the space was great for 2 adults and 3 teens. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well-stocked. In terms of cleanliness, only let-down was that the condo had obviously not been dusted or deep-cleaned in a long time - think dustballs, hangers and used tissues etc. behind and under furniture. Overall, it was fine. Not a walkable location to much, but close enough to the beach and stores. Also, quiet :)

We enjoyed how spacious this condo was. The location was perfect for fireworks, I mean talk about a prime spot to look at fire works from the balcony! We enjoyed the couch the most I think and the oversized bathrooms, you don’t see that a lot in Port Aransas condos. Thank you So much!

This will be our goto the next time we stay in Port Aransas!

This property was everything we could have wanted! HD TVs in the bedrooms and family room, washer and dryer (which we utilized). My wife LOVED the decor and I loved the space, wifi and security. Spacious shower in the master bedroom. Seriously, this place was perfect for our family and the host thought of everything. Communication was proactive and professional.

Great condo!

Very clean and updated! Very cute beach decor. Well stocked kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. Location is in town and the property management company offers golf carts at a cheaper rate than at places in town. While we picked ours up, I’m pretty sure they deliver them. We will definitely be back. The only thing I would add, and this is nothing against the unit, is an outdoor shower to rinse off. Made it difficult to keep sand out of condo. We loved it, and will stay here again!
