We absolutely loved this adorable home and the Palmilla neighborhood. We especially appreciated the option to rent golf carts and reserve beach chairs during the busy holiday weekend. The neighborhood pools were also great! The home itself was great for large groups, with three full bedrooms with attached bathrooms for adults. The bunk area is super fun, the teens loved the upper bunk beds which are super high, not recommended for little ones. The young adults played poker late into the night while we slept in the master bedroom. I was shocked we barely heard them, because they were very loud! Loved that beach towels were included, and that the coffee maker can accommodate pods or a full pot. Only complaint is that the trees outside have a lot of stickers that are easily tracked into the house and stick to the rug. Highly recommend wearing shoes in the house! Overall great experience would happily book again!

Beautiful house but access codes rarely worked

The house was great, but the dishwasher did not work and the ice maker was not turned on. The biggest issue was the access codes to get in from either garage door nor the front door did not work when we arrived and we continued to have trouble getting back in the entire stay. The codes never worked until you entered them many times. Service was not responsive to the issue and just told us to keep trying. Front door access never worked, one garage door access rapidly quit working at all and the second garage door access code took as many as10-20 tries just to back into the house. Hopefully they will get this fixed as the home is very nice. VACASA response to fixing this was poor.
