With the emphasis on comfort, this beautiful vacation home in Section H provides easy Ocean access and wonderful views from the upper level.

Mid Level: Queen Bedroom with TV and deck access that shares a bathroom with another Queen Bedroom with deck access, and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets that shares a hall bath with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV. Porch swing on the deck.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, large wet bar, reading nook with a Day Bed, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 5, pantry and generous cupboards, dining room seating 10, and a half bath.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Poorly maintained house.

House needs a lot of maintenance. All pots and pans in rough condition. Mold on living room ceiling. Lights out in numerous places. numerous nails sticking out of deck. Screen door ripped off laying on deck. No tv in two bedrooms. Outdoor bathroom filthy. We still had a good time but place really needs maintenance.

Not the best stay

Needs to be updated. Beds very poor, no one slept well. Torn cushions outside, broken blinds inside. Dirty on arrival. Mold on shower curtain. We all came home sick.

Only a few flaws

We liked the house a lot. Location was good, the pool was clean and very much used by us. There were a few minor issues with the house like lights being burned out, window blinds that were broken.

"Great Ocean Views" were nonexistent

The property was not clean when we arrived. There had been flooding the week before and they were running behind. We understood that, of course. We left to get a bite to eat and returned about an hour or so later. Still not clean. We decided to change the linens ourselves so we could start unpacking. We had been on the road for 7 1/2 hours and needed to get settled. I had to wash 3 bedspreads, one at a time, myself. When we finally got a chance to check out the view, I was shocked to see that there was absolutely no view of the ocean. NONE. The VRBO add said there are "great ocean views from the top deck". NOT TRUE. Otherwise, the house was fine. The main room on the top level is really open and nice, and we had everything we needed. The pool was nice too. We probably won't return to the Outer Banks, though, because the dunes are so tall that my mother was unable to navigate them. If you are traveling with elderly people or anyone with mobility & breathing issues, it's not the place for you. We did enjoy it and the area is nice, but we won't do that vacation again.

Perfect family friendly house

It was great! Top floor is huge and open. Great for hanging out. Short walk to beach and has a pool! Could ride bikes to both grocery stores / ice cream / mini golf. Loved having a pool, but do wish it was heated and had a shallow end for the little ones!

Great family vacation

This house was perfect for my husband, me, our 6 mo old and his older children (18-22). Everyone loved the pool and the short (5 min) walk to the beach meant that we could go out with the baby in the am and the older kids could sleep in and join us when they wanted. We could also get the baby back quickly when she was fussy. We would definitely stay here again!
