Creating family memories is what "Beach Ball Villa" is all about! Located just a block to the oceanfront community activity area, 3 oceanfront pools, restaurants...not to mention the beach! From your villa, the tennis courts are at your door, or you can walk to the nearby Corolla Light Shoppes. Wake up to a delicious cup of coffee or tea with the Keurig coffee maker. Check the weather or news on the large flat panel TV in the living room or your bedroom. After a full, fun-filled day using all the Corolla Light community amenities, the family will enjoy returning to the inviting comfort and soothing decor of this villa.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an outside shower, charcoal grill and parking for 2 cars. Entry level, garage, Bedroom with 2 Singles plus a flat-screen TV, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and flat-screen TV and a full hall bathroom.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and private bathrooms with whirlpool tubs. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV/DVD/VCR, kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar seating 2, dining area seating 8 and a half bath. From this level you'll enjoy views of the lighthouse, tennis courts and the Corolla Light ponds and shopping center.

Extras: 5 flat-screen TVs, DVD player, VCR, high speed wireless internet access, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, stereo with CD player, video/book library, high chair, pack-n-play, picnic table, outside shower, charcoal grill, beach chairs, central heat & air, wood fireplace, microwave, dishwasher, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community amenities for 10 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. Dog Welcome (1 dog max). Full week rentals only. House Address: 1121 Currituck Court, Corolla. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Singles, DuoBunk, Trundle, Toddler Bed. Distance to the beach access: 650'. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Was nice to be back in Corolla Light. This was the first time our family was not all together in the same house due to our growing size. The townhouse was perfect for the handful of us that weren't in the bigger house. Great location. Very nice home. Very comfortable beds.

Okay overall

The property location was perfect. The Corolla Light community is wonderful. For the price of the home, we hoped for a cleaner home and were disappointed to see black mold in some of the showers. We also found the kitchen to be lacking in dishes and supplies- especially serving and storage pieces. The floor plan of this home was great for our large family. We enjoyed the deck and patio and easy walk to the beach!

Covid vacation

Overall, our week was outstanding. The place was roomy and had all the things needed for a good stay. The water pressure and hot water were always good even when we had 7 people using it. The view of the lighthouse is great. The deck on the third floor gives a good view, However, having the kitchen and dining room on a third floor walk up does not make this handicap friendly. I would recommend this location to families who want a quieter beach experience.
