    La familia y los amigos disfrutarán de esta atractiva casa de vacaciones de 6 dormitorios y 4 baños con una ubicación perfecta para una postal, a pocos pasos de la playa en el prestigioso Corolla. Ubicado a solo unos pasos del nuevo sendero para caminar / andar en bicicleta, los vacacionistas disfrutarán de paseos fáciles a la playa, así como el acceso en minutos a centros comerciales, restaurantes y todas las comodidades disponibles en la comunidad de Ocean Sands. Family Fun viene equipado con todas las comodidades modernas del hogar, incluidos 7 televisores de pantalla plana, 6 reproductores de Blu-Ray, acceso a Netflix, cable, wi-fi y 2 bañeras de hidromasaje. Sus pequeños también se sentirán como en casa con la comodidad de un Pack Play n Play, una silla alta y puertas para bebés para su seguridad.  Fácil 8 minutos a pie de la playa, directamente por una calle del barrio. No hay carreteras o calles muy transitadas para cruzar. ¡Se incluyen bicicletas variadas, sillas de playa, vagones, juegos, juguetes de piscina para uso de los huéspedes!

    Un mundo de diversión al aire libre te saluda a tu llegada:
    Disfrute de su propia piscina privada y jacuzzi burbujeante, así como de un minigolf privado. La piscina está protegida por una valla de privacidad y follaje nativo, te sentirás como si estuvieras en tu propio resort personal sin salir de casa. ¡A los niños también les encantará el nuevo patio de juegos de barcos piratas en el patio trasero!

    Primer piso: entretenimiento sin fin
    En la planta baja, disfrute de un descanso del sol en la sala de juegos con mesa de billar, TV de pantalla plana, Blu-Ray y un sistema de música. Hay dos habitaciones, que incluyen una con una cama Queen, TV de pantalla plana y Blu-Ray, y una con 2 juegos de literas, así como un cómodo baño a solo unos pasos de la entrada a la piscina.

    Segundo piso: espacioso con todas las comodidades del hogar
    Retírese al segundo nivel después de un largo día explorando la orilla del mar y disfrute de dulces sueños en una de las tres habitaciones que se encuentran en este nivel decorado con buen gusto. Hay una suite principal con una cama Queen, TV de pantalla plana y Blu-Ray, una habitación con cama Queen y TV de pantalla plana y una habitación con literas (Twin sobre Doble, más Trundle Twin). Este nivel también cuenta con una sala de estar tranquila con un sofá cama Queen, barra para tragos con refrigerador, televisor de pantalla plana y Blue Ray, un armario de lavandería con lavadora y secadora, y una amplia terraza para tomar el sol en la parte posterior y una gran cubierta frontal para tomar el sol o la sombra. ¡Este nivel también tiene dos baños completos que incluyen una gran bañera de hidromasaje Whirlpool para dos personas!

    Tercer piso: brilla con espacio y comodidades
    Para un final verdaderamente delicioso del día, salga y disfrute de los rayos en la acogedora terraza del tercer piso y disfrute de la brisa marina. El nivel superior es donde los huéspedes que descansan pasarán la mayor parte de su tiempo, gracias a una sala de estar luminosa con TV de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas y Blu-Ray, un área de comedor y cocina con muchos asientos para hasta 18 personas, y una habitación adyacente suite principal con una majestuosa cama King y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada.

    Este es un hogar sin mascotas.  ¡Disfruta tu estadía en Corolla!

    La piscina está abierta de abril a octubre con el jacuzzi abierto todo el año a partir del 1 de enero.

    Casa viene con camas hechas y toallas sin costo adicional! Recuerde traer sus toallas de playa y artículos básicos para el hogar como papel higiénico, toallas de papel, champús, jabón para lavar platos, etc.

    El registro comienza a las 4 pm. Su código de entrada sin clave comenzará a otorgarle acceso en este momento. La salida es a las 10 am.

Host was great with communication and recommendations. House was very clean upon arrival. Lots of fun for the kids, too! Short drive to town and reasonable walk to the beach access.

This vacation home was the perfect place for a large multigenerational family group with children ranging in age between 2 and 10. Everyone had a great time due to the well thought out amenities. From beach chairs, to bikes, to pool toys, to the tons of games and inside toys, to baby gates and high chair. Not to mention lots of space to also spread out and have quiet time. The location was great with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Walk to the beach was manageable with the wagon provided for beach supplies. This will be our number one choice if we venture to OBX as a large group again.

Had a great stay and the house fit our larger group. Lots to do for the kids with the pool, hot tub and bikes. The location is a short walk to the beach too which was great on the couple nice days of the trip.

Family friendly, has everything you would need for a vacation! Fully stocked kitchen, some kid toys, lots of games, tons of beach toys, chairs etc! Highly recommend this house for a vacation! Our house host was amazing! Kept updates from the initial booking to the time we left. Anytime we had questions he would respond within 15 minutes!

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at the Family Fun House. Location was great. It was close to everything. Kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would need. There was plenty of room and there was 17 of us. We are looking into staying here again next yr. Thank you Nathanael for making our family vacation a breeze and lots of fun.

Perfect for a family or group of families

We had a great time. There were so many additional items for the kids to use including beach and pool toys! Plenty of sleeping arrangements and a short walk to the beach! We will definitely come back to this place !

Fun family weekend!

My wife and I took our 5 kids to this house for a long weekend to get away from winter. The house had a ton of amenities to keep the kids entertained and we had a great weekend!

Family Fun House says it all !

The location is good, the house was clean and is very spacious. Our grandchildren were very happy with all the fun activities and we were impressed with the thoughtful touches, local eatery menus, charging stations, high chair, hair dryer, foot lights (very helpful in a new place at night) and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Family long weekend

We enjoyed our long weekend with 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant. The house was a perfect fit for us enough room for everyone to spread out and have space.

Lovely family trip

Our family loved this house! Was in a great location - a bit far of a walk from the beach, but we knew this from the listing. The house had everything we needed, especially to keep the kids occupied. Nathanael was great at communication and gave us plenty of information for our trip. Highly recommend for a family trip!

Great OBX house for large family

This was a nice house with lots of space for a large family. We used the pool and hot tub a lot, and the kids also enjoyed the putting green. The walk to the beach was difficult for two of our older family members, but there a few parking lots with beach access within a 5-10 minute drive. Overall, we had a nice stay. We would definitely stay here again.

OBX Wedding

Property is as listed. Clean and comfortable. Best communication of any renter I have ever Twelve adults ranging from 23-82. Had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were well used and enjoyed. I would rent it again.

Mother's Day Trip

My Mom wanted to do a family beach trip this year. I found the location and the entire trip, people talked about how great of a spot I had chosen. There was plenty of space for everybody to all hang out together, as well as be more secluded at times. There was a total of total of 10 people in the group, ages 3 to 80. We all had a great time and the entire process from booking to checking out was seamless.

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed here for Spring break. I have to say, it was perfect for us! Some of the highlights of the house.... Pool, hot tub, Pool table, Grill, mini golf in the yard, pirate ship playground, Games were provided, Bicycles were provided, very spacious house, and wonderful kitchen. My family and I had movie nights, game nights, meals cooked at home, and they loved riding bikes to the beach! The owner was very nice and had everything you would need at the home!

Great Beach House!!!

Travelled with 3 families and everyone enjoyed the house. Pool was very large compared to other homes we stayed at and kids loved it. Kitchen was well stocked. Bikes made it easy to get to the beach. If you have small kids or a lot of stuff to take down just drive down drop everything off and ride a bike back. We did that when the little ones went and it worked out well.

Great for all ages

Our vacation was short but lovely. Our first full day it rained….down poured. But all of our kids, from the small to the tall, found something and someone to play indoors. Our next day was sunny, so we were outside most of the day. The house was well equipped with outside things as well. It was an amazing house for a great spring break trip.

Great Memories

The house was exactly as advertised. Walked in to a spacious and very clean house. Used the pool, putting green, and playground. Kids loved the video game too. Having the bikes and beach toys was so helpful. Walk to the beach was easy. Appreciated the quick responses on all communication with the property manager. Highly recommend the house.

Great vacation home for families with small kids!

This is was our second year staying at the Family Fun house. The house is a short distance to the beach. We have 5 young kids so we would have one person drop us off at the beach so the little ones wouldn’t get tired but for adults it’s only a 10 minute walk. The house has a great pool and the kids had so much fun! The owner is very quick to respond and sends reminders for trash day, etc. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back again!
