Don’t Worry, Beach Happy at Beacon Quarters

Don't Worry, Beach Happy is the perfect place for a fun vacation. This luxury, single level condo is located in the brand new Beacon Quarters community. The whole group will enjoy not only the community pool (May-September) and volleyball area, but the wonderful tranquility of the nearby, sound-side waterfront. Watch your loved ones enjoy the pool as you make sandwiches or sit on the front porch. To top it all off, it's less than a mile away from access to the beautiful Corolla beach (about 6-10 minute walk). Shower off after your fun day in the outside shower with hot and cold taps.

An elegant kitchen is just waiting for your culinary touch with a well-equipped cooking area. Seating for 6 surrounds the beautiful white quartz island countertops. Coffee pot or Keurig coffee, your morning will be started off right. The kitchen even has a deep crab pot ready for your seafood dinner.

Enjoy staying in the Master King bedroom with a private full bathroom (the turtle room). The second spacious bedroom also provides a King bed, decorated with fun flamingos and connected with a common full bathroom. TV is located in each bedroom and living room.

When you arrive back from a day of playing in the sand or visiting historic Corolla, sit back on the porch with a cold drink. A gas grill and an outdoor seating area make you feel right at home. Sip a glass of wine while you watch the sun set over the trees or relax in the well-lit the pool with palm trees in the background.
We love dogs and allow them in our condo! We have furniture covers, dog towels and dishes for your use. Cats are NOT allowed.

Available to renters are games and puzzles (for rainy days). Beach chairs are typically available, but unfortunately, CANNOT be guaranteed to renters since the previous renters could have taken them or broke them.

one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom (don't forget to bring more!)
one roll of paper towels
liquid dish washing and dishwasher soap
laundry detergent for two loads (no sand please)
bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes,

Location was perfect to enjoy beach and local dining and shopping. No stairs was great vs typical beach house entry/exit. Pool was great.

The property was very well furnished and equipped, loved the artwork! Convenient to beaches and the historic town of Corolla. (Corawla is how the locals say it). Highly recommend this place!

Great little accommodations!

Its hard to find a place for two in OBX, as so many places cater to larger groups. Rhis places suited us just fine for a weekend stay and woukd certainly return.

Extended June Vac in Corolla

Everything was fine - had to communicate with manager but she met our requests in a timely fashion. Loved the house, pool, and location being close to everything. Early check in was wonderful as we had a pet and were coming from prior week long rental. Kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again in the future.

Cute condo. 2 bed 2 bath, just the right size for two couples sharing the space. Kitchen is generous compared to overall space. Location is great. No issues with parking. 1 designated spot with plenty of visitor spots. Pool is great for an evening dip after a long day of exploring.

Property was exactly as promised! Very enjoyable accommodations! The only very minor complaint is the quality of paper products provided. I'm glad we brought our own paper products. We are used to the good quality of Bounty and Charmin.

Loved it!

The place was very clean and just as pictured and described. Looked brand new with nice furnishings and decoration. Loved having the pool right outside our door. The location was also very nice- a very short drive to the beach. We would come back!!

Nice stay with an 8-10 minute walk to the beach. Nice community pool. Nice 2BR condo but a little small — no real dining area. Thank you! We had a great time!

Great stay!

Very nice place to stay! Clean, quiet, convenient, just as listed. Short walk to the beach. Simple check in and check out. Furnished with most of what you need. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
