Soak up the sunshine and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the top deck. Have a cookout in the barbecue and picnic area.

Shore Thing is conveniently located near everything from the wild horse area and Currituck Lighthouse to Harris Teeter, Currituck Club, shops and many outstanding restaurants. Golf discounts/preferred greens fees at the Kilmarlic Golf Club. This home is for family groups only. Your family is sure to enjoy the quiet family-oriented neighborhood.

Ground Level: Private Pool, Gazebo w/Sunken Hot Tub on the Mid-Level, Basketball Goal, Picnic Area w/Charcoal Grill/Picnic Table, Outside Shower. Parking for 5 Vehicles only.

Mid Level: Bedroom w/Bunk Set & Trundle/TV (no cable to this TV for watching movies only), King Master Bedroom w/TV, 2 Queen Bedrooms w/TV, Full Hall Bath, Laundry Area w/Washer & Dryer. Hot Tub is on the Deck.

Upper Level: Great Room w/58" TV/DVD w/HDMI hookup, Queen Sleep Sofa, Kitchen w/Breakfast Bar w/Seating for 3, Dining Room w/Seating for 8, Full Bath, Queen Bedroom w/TV.

**Please be advised there are “video only” security cameras installed on the outside of the house facing the driveway and also at the front door facing incomers. The audio feature on the camera has been disabled. There are no other security cameras inside or outside the home.**

Great location

Great location, easy access to beach, great use of space, close to shopping but not right in the middle of heavy traffic. Pool and hot tub offer a great alternative when you want to skip the sandy beach. Plenty of beach toys on site for kids and adults alike. Check the closets for hidden supplies like child gates, board games, pack and play and more!

Shore Thing family vacation

Sparkling pool water and the bubbling hot tub were everyone's favorites. Walks to the beach on the boardwalk and steps seemed a bit longer than 2 minutes but the beach was clean & beautiful. I assumed there would be garbage bags there, as well as dishwasher detergent but needed to purchase those . I always check out the Seating at the table for a large family group and there were ample chairs. However we could have used more seating in the family room area as the two couches and one chair only accommodated 6 at most. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Appreciated that the bathrooms had grab bars for safety, maybe a hand rail into the pool too? Thanks so much for providing a great space for us to share some time together.
