"Property was really nice and the garden was beautiful. Staff where ok but could have been a bit friendlier. This property was really good quality price wise except the breakfast bit , the breakfast was really poorly , the staff where putting 2 slices of chesse and salami at a time , except that service was great ."

"O hotel é simples e não tem portaria 24 h, somente em alguma parte do dia. A localização é otima, o quarto é bom, limpo, e o café da manhã é bom. A única dificuldade foi o controle da porta de ingresso, que não tinha teclas muito práticas (pequenas e algumas confusas). Deveriam atualizar isto. A recepcionista que nos recebeu não foi muito simpática, enquanto a que serviu o café foi extremamente simpática e gentil. No geral é uma boa opção de hospedagem em Trapani."
