"Definitely a retro feel in an older neighborhood but a well built, well loved house. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Loved the landscaping and the hot tub. Would have loved the pool but it was too cold to get in. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Charming, thoughtfully appointed large studio with artful farmhouse decor. Well stocked kitchen, nice water pressure in shower. Very responsive owner. Easy check-in. One piece of advice: if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs to block out night noises, including refrigerator (ice maker?), train whistles, and early morning traffic. Also be aware that there are no drawers for clothing, just open shelves (the closet does have hangers). I personally did not find any of this off-putting, and...

"It was a beautiful outdoor property but the roof leaked downstairs from the jet tub so wasn't the first time because of the rusty water that was leaking they said they had a family crib but didn't out that it had to be requested and told us we won't get one i would be cautious of them "

"My wife and I were looking forward to coming back to Chico. We hadn't been back for couple of years and were coming back to our homfetown of over 40 years before retirement, to attend a wedding of our good friends' son. "Stayed here while visiting our CSU Chico student. Everything we did was within walking distance. Comfortable accommodations, great enclosed backyard for our puppies. Would recommend."

"Went to visit my son who attends Chico state. Place was cute. Kitchen very small and old appliances but I didn’t plan any meals there. Bed was very comfortable. First night was a little chilly and there weee no extra blankets. I reached out and was brought a blanket that day. I would recommend to the owners to have more than one coffee cup, maybe a throw blanket in the living room and supply more than two towels in the bathroom. "Our 3 teens were happy with lots of space. We did have perfect spring weather and enjoyed the deck- sunbathing, reading, watching deer and wild turkeys, and cocktail hour with the sunset. Steve is a very responsive host and it was easy to communicate with him. We have family in Red Bluff and will definitely book again and recommend to others. The dog friendly yard and home is perfect if you are bringing your dog. "

"This was honestly the best stay we’ve had where the house was immaculate, lovely, well-organized, spacious, & comfortable.
