  • Si está buscando unas vacaciones de lujo en la playa con una fabulosa piscina y área de entretenimiento, aire acondicionado por conductos en el piso de arriba, WIFI GRATUITO, vistas al agua y ubicado a solo una calle del borde del agua ya solo unos minutos del distrito central de negocios de Nelson Bay, no busque más. Kallaroo '!!



    Imagínese sentado y simplemente viendo pasar el mundo en el balcón cerrado completamente proyectado que tiene excelentes vistas al agua e instalaciones para comer, o si desea relajarse en la sala de estar con aire acondicionado y ver algo de televisión, este es el lugar para usted, ya que la propiedad cuenta con WIFI GRATUITO, reproductor de Blu Ray y sistema de sonido de alta fidelidad.


    Arriba está la magnífica cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y cafetera Nespresso Coffee Pod, cuatro dormitorios con el principal con baño privado y vistas al agua. El baño principal también se encuentra en el piso de arriba, tiene un spa en la esquina con la ducha sobre la cabeza.



    En la planta baja, en la zona de juegos, encontrarás el segundo televisor, Xbox con juegos, tenis de mesa y un bar incorporado. También hay una litera triple que tiene la cama doble debajo y la cama individual arriba, esta habitación también proporciona acceso a las áreas al aire libre en la parte trasera y también tiene vista al área de la piscina.



    El tercer baño y la lavandería también están en este nivel, la lavandería está equipada con una lavadora de carga frontal y secadora de ropa. Una habitación adicional ubicada cerca de la lavandería proporciona un área para almacenar, secar la ropa y una caja fuerte interna para su uso personal.



    En la parte posterior es donde se encuentra la gran cubierta cubierta trasera, que da al área de entretenimiento y a la piscina enterrada, lo que brinda más oportunidades para relajarse, comer y entretenerse. El área de estilo resort encubierto con tumbonas es una atracción atractiva, particularmente con la barbacoa ubicada junto con un área exterior adicional al otro lado de la piscina.

Great location and house worked really well for extended family. Well equipped kitchen.Only negative was empty gas bottles that rather ruined first night meal!

Lovely stay

Clean and spacious property in a great location. Well equipped with cutlery and glasses etc and the pool is an added bonus. Free WiFi was great. The signal strength could be better when not in the lounge. Maybe a wifi booster would help. Otherwise everything else was great

Very disappointed what was advertised the house itself needs a decent upgrade the pool areas were disgusting pool hadn't been cleaned BBQ area a mess , property manager not all that helpful but the biggest problem is the plumbing turn a tap or flush the toilet the whole house hears it & as for ducted AC in rumpus roon thats a joke , i have photos which will be going up on FB as well as the address so other people dont get ripped off, to much money for what you get out of the place not happy with MGRATH hopefully won't need to use them again

Lovely house. Pool had broken and deflated pool toys and non-operational pool waterfall. Needed hand soap in the bathrooms. Doona covers and bedding need an update.

Family holiday

The house size was great for a larger family. The house was clean and had all the amenities required for a good holiday except for the rain. The pool water was clean but the surrounds were very untidy and dirty. If you had a toddler you would need to bring a stair barrier, playpen, cot etc to barricade the top of the stairs. The other issue we had was when we arrived at the property all the rubbish and recycling bins were full.

Holiday with friends

The house was great for a large group of friends. It had a pool and area to hang out in. The area was quiet so if you’re looking for activities to do you’ll have to drive to Nelson, Salamander or Anna Bay.

Ridiculous welcome bag

For a booking of 8 people for 3 nights, we were presented a plastic 'welcome' bag that had two tea bags, 2 nescafe sachets, 3 sugar sticks, two milk sachets, a sponge, 2 gargbage bags and a rather stern NOTICE TO GUESTS. There was no condiments, cooking oil, dishwashing items other than what was in the laughable welcome bag. A house of this quality and the price really should have $9 invested in the basics as does every other rental property. Set the tone on a cheap note. Other than this house was fine - though towel rack in bathroom fell off at a simple touch. Good for little kids (aside from dodgy towel rack)
