The area between Acharavi and Roda is becoming increasingly popular year after year thanks to its natural beauty, great sandy beaches and excellent tavernas. It is within this unspoilt natural environment that Villa Vasiliki is located. Surrounded by stunning landscaped gardens and provided with a large private pool, Villa Vasiliki is a stylish 1-storey house sleeping up to 6/8 people in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. With the sandy beach of Roda just 300m away and high-quality interiors, together with exclusive outdoor areas, Villa Vasiliki is a truly unique property perfect for a holiday with family or friends.


Layout

The charming interiors of the villa have been carefully decorated in the traditional Corfiot style. There is an airy lounge (with two sofa beds), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), as well as two bathrooms (a family shower room and an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom).


Pool and Terraces
The outdoor areas of Villa Vasiliki are a truly unique feature of this property. The extensive, well-landscaped gardens are accessed via a spacious, shaded terrace (with gates for the safety of the younger children). There is an inviting pergola with a brick-built barbecue perfect for al fresco dining and a huge private swimming pool. The swimming pool measures 8.00m X 12.00 m and even features a separate section for children! This is the perfect place to fully enjoy the Greek sunshine in total peace and relaxation (unless you want to swim in the sea that is just a couple of steps away!). Sunbeds and parasols are provided for the guests.

Sehr sauber und gepflegtes Haus

Wir hatten das Haus anfang Oktober für eine Woche gemietet. Das Objekt und die Außenanlage ist wirklich sehr gepflegt. Viele Restaurants, Bars und ein Steinstrand befinden sich in fußläufiger Entfernung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great villa for families and a short 10 mins walk to main resort area Swimming pool is excellent and very big . Outside dinning and BBQ area Owners were lovey So highly recommend this for a family hoiday

Wunderbarer Urlaub hätte nicht besser sein können

Wir waren total begeistert, die Villa ist ein Traum, sauber ordentlich total nette Besitzer. Fünf Sterne reichen nicht mindestens zehn. Der Strand war jetzt nicht so schön aber man geht einfach ein Stück weiter und dann top. Auch der Pool mega, sauber, Grill ist vorhanden, es fehlt einem an nix. Wir kommen wieder

Villa vasiliki

We stayed here as a family of five. The pool was amazing and the villa grounds beautiful. The villa was typically Greek which was bright, airy and clean. The location is sensational being a 4 minute walk to the coastline where you can go for a swim. Roda and Acahravi being under 10 minute walk in each direction. We hired a car for the duration of our stay however this is not necessary if you are happy to walk to roda or acharavi less than 10 minutes away. EOS communication was great with no need to make contact during our stay. The owner made contact through EOS just to check he could come and cut the grass one evening. The owners were equally charming. Overall a superb holiday and stay. Will definitely be coming back.

Plenty of space indoors and out. Quiet location but walking distance to Roda shops and restaurants. Large pool (unheated - we visited in May so too cold to use). All we needed was provided. Clean and well equipped, although beds bit too hard.

Great villa in a great location

Beautiful pool and outside area/bbq combined with a lovely house in a very family friendly location. May is such a great time to visit Corfu too. Only thing we would change is the beds as they were small and not overly comfortable! Thank you very much for our holiday. We will be back.

Great place to be with the whole family

Villa Vasilikis is a greatly situated, well equiped and spacious place. We enjoyed staying there a lot. The landlord who came over regularly to clean the pool (us noticing him only by chance as he tried to be there out of courtesy when we were not supposed to be around) is a very friendly person who even offered to exchange towels and lingerie during our stay. Villa Vasilikis is only 100 metres away from the beach and ca. 500 metres away from the bakery and supermarkets. We had a great time at Villa Vasilikis and are happy to recommend it to other vacationers.

Great space, great location

Pros: Very clean, comfortable furniture, loved the pool, six lounge chairs for pool with cushions, used the outside grill three times, 10 minute drive to many restaurants and grocery shopping, quiet and dark with shutters closed, 10 minute walk to rocky beach. Cons: need to bring your own salt, pepper, laundry detergent, etc., door locks automatically when closed need to carry the keys with you and lights/AirCon down unless key fob in slot inside door (dishwasher and washing machine also off), dishwasher rack broken. Despite what Google maps says along beach is NOT a road (maybe for a prepubescent on a mufflerless scooter). Also despite what Google maps says take the coast road from Kerkyra not through mountains, quicker and no plunging precipices on a one lane corniche with two way traffic, at least 1/2 hour quicker even with traffic.

Fantastic

Just returned from a family holiday (6 adults & our 4 year old granddaughter) & had an amazing 2 week stay at this stunning villa. Everything you need for a perfect holiday. The outside is fantastic, brilliant pool area & undercover BBQ & dining area. Great for the evenings! Villa cleaned by the owners every 3 days & fresh towels supplied. Service from the owners & EOS was 1st Class. We had a slight problem with the air conditioning & was fixed same day. All in all a perfect holiday in an ideal location.

Exceeds Hopes and Expectations

The Villa is even better than the pictures suggest. The real star of the show is the pool. It is kept immaculately clean by the very friendly owners. We were there late June early July with outside temperatures 30 ish and the pool water temperature was like a cool bath – absolutely perfect. The size is decent, there were 6 adults and an infant and we all found room in the pool. I cannot overstate the attraction of the pool. Normally I shun pools and go to the sea but all of the family, me included, loved the pool. The garden is very spacious and beautiful flowers and trees making a fantastic outside living experience. Only tip we would pass on is respect the mozzies, stock on Avon’s skin so soft, the plug in deterrents and the spiral lighters. I might also invest in some ant killer simply because I Hate them – fully appreciate this is nature and nothing can be done about it. House was spacious, cleaned to a high standard which was repeated during our stay. Both bath and pool towels were suppled and changed. Kitchen contains every you need as does the outside bbq area. In terms of locality a very peaceful setting but turn left, hold nose whilst passing the bin (Corfu does seem to have a bin collection issue) and you are at the sea. Very shallow but still a decent swim. First bar/hotel is Nino’s which, as in all establishments, has incredibly friendly staff. Do a full takeaway menu – quite literally anything of the menu. A further 5 – 10 minutes gets you into Roda plenty of bars and restaurants but our favourite was Roda Park and Costas and his family. Do hire a car and when got/or get a taxi go to Archavi for your shopping, other end of the road and turn left. On your right as you go in is a Cash and Carry where you will be welcome. Excellent chap on butchers counter. Avoid the ice cream parlour with the lollipop – very expensive, very slow – go to Yummies instead in Roda Final mention of two favourite experiences both in Sidari – First Fish and Nail bar and Evies for Greek afternoon tea – which you do have to book in advance. We booked through EOS travel who were excellent throughout. Taxi return from airport via Roda taxis, could not fault Had a boat and skipper for the day through North Corfu boats which was superb All in all thank you for an excellent holiday

Fantastic

Fabulous villa very clean and pool clean and looked after only problem was hygiene round the bin on the main road not emptied the whole holiday which attracted flies warps and ants, which I know is not the owners fault. Beautiful Villa

Villa Vasiliki is amazing, lovely and spacious inside and out. The pool for us was the best feature and the kids spent hours in it! The villa is walking distance (10-15mins) to Roda where there is a good selection of restaurants! I would definatly go back!

Great owners but above average local agents and Homeaway website info

1. Very good owners, humble and prompt. Gave us some good items as token of gesture 2. When we needed the local agents (water supply went off) they didn’t answer. Then they sent the owners after 4 hours. We had no water to even use toilets 3. This place has no address and therefore no food delivery could have happened. However, if website would have guided that the villa is at a specific exit number in roda then it would have sufficed. We figured it out after 2 days 4. the beaches were in bad shape so couldn’t really enjoy them 5. Markets are about 1 mile walk but very nice high stree
