Luxury Villa Helanes is built on two floors with easy access for all. Open and wide surfaces offer plenty of space for everyone.



The indoor sofa area alone measures 15 square meters; there are two kitchen ovens and all bathroom sinks come in doubles. There is even a separate and independent WC to service these common areas.



The kitchen is a dream to be in with top of the range facilities that will have you cooking up all sorts of possibilities. There’s also a wine fridge. There are indoor and outdoor dining options. And a fully equipped outside BBQ area that can host and prepare meals for the ages!



The indoor main living room area is comprised of endless seating comfort overlooking the pool deck area via large sliding doors. Next to the opulent and decorative fireplace is a large 65 inch home cinema flat screen TV connected to a top of the line Hi-fi system for the most demanding sound enthusiasts.



The downstairs playroom has a separate living room area with its own multimedia facilities, a large pool table, fuzzball, and direct and independent access to the outside gardens. Flat floor surfaces and wide door openings make them suitable for wheelchair access.



All bedrooms are sound proofed, have their own air conditioning units and flat screen TVs.



The custom-built infinity pool (11m x 5m) is a dream feature at Luxury Villa Helanes. It is an exquisite infinity pool that uses reverse osmosis and UV filtering systems. Elegant design and natural surrounding beauty have been eloquently combined with advanced technology and modern materials. Surrounded by non-slippery pebble decking, transparent safety glass and green lawns there is nowhere you would rather relax in. The pool has a steady 1.50m depth across with an additional shallow end for children which also transforms into a lie in Jacuzzi.



Luxury Villa Helanes features 5 bedrooms all of which are large and spacious. The master bedroom and two double bedrooms are on the upper level, with another two bedrooms on the lower level.



Modern furniture, award winning sleeping products and beds from Coco-Mat, as well as plenty of light and fresh air make all bedrooms in Luxury Villa Helanes a pleasure to sleep in.



The master bedroom with its king-size bed has its own ensuite bathroom with twin showers, a dressing room and private balcony with views across Corfu’s central countryside.



There are two king-size bedrooms upstairs, that can also be split and converted into twin single bedrooms. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with twin wash basins.



The two lower level bedrooms boast a king-size and queen-size bed respectively. These bedrooms can also be converted into twin single bedrooms. They share their own private large bathroom with twin wash basins.

Located on a small hilltop just off the central road from Corfu Town to the west of the island, Luxury Villa Helanes is easily accessible by car or motorcycle as well as rural public transport.



In the immediate area surrounding Luxury Villa Helanes you have access to some of Corfu’s most popular attractions like Aqua Land, an equestrian centre called Silvaland, the Corfu Golf Club, amazing beaches, wineries and country estates.



All of the above are within a short radius to the Villa.



Your immediate needs for food shopping, fuel and pharmacy are equally close by.



• 15 minutes to Glyfada beach (blue flag), for watersports, tavernas and bars and numerous hidden beach coves.

• 10 minutes drive to the lovely hidden cove and sandy beach of Ermones (blue flag), with a few tavernas, boat hire, and some partially organised facilities.

• 8 minutes drive to the acclaimed 18 hole Corfu Golf Club.

• 13 minutes drive to lovely sandy beach of Kontogialos/ Pelekas (blue flag), with several bars, tavernas and organised facilities.

• 11 minutes to the famous Theotoki Estate, which produces high quality local wines and excellent olive oil (all organic).

• 18 minutes drive to Liapades (blue flag) beach / Paleokastritsa, for tavernas, hidden beaches, boat hire and numerous eating options.

Local Information:

• The closest beach is a 10 minute drive along the west coast. Ermones beach is one of the best blue flag sandy beach coves preferred by those in the 'know', filled with all the facilities and amenities for a perfect day in the sun.



• For your dinning, there are multiple family owned restaurants/tavernas as close as 5 minutes by car from the Villa, boasting excellent quality food with some even having music at the weekends/evenings, great for both family and couples or gathering of friends!



• There is a wonderful walking path close to the Villa which is located on the Corfu Trail, a 220km walking trail along the length of the island. It’s possible to join the trail from the Villa vicinity on foot and explore some interesting foot paths up and down the island. For the cycling and mountain bike enthusiast, within the vicinity one can equally find endless options.



• Sailing companies can be found at Gouvia Marina, where it is possbile to charter a boat and sail up to Agni bay for lunch or down to the majestic Paxos island or even across the Corfu Channel to Parga or Sivota.



• For the golf enthusiasts, the island's only 18 hole golf course is a mere 8 minute drive.



• For children and the waterpark enthusiasts, the 51 slide Aqualand is a 3 minute drive away.



• Visit the Silvaland Riding Center only 13 minutes away by car. Riding lessons for all ages available or enjoy relaxing in their local cafe or make use of the nearby local walking tracks in this beautiful part of Corfu.



• There is a donkey sanctuary in Doukades (24 minutes drive) - they welcome visitors, just remember to take carrots and apples!



• Corfu Town (17 minutes drive) is easily one of Greece’s most elegant towns and a fantastically lively example of Venetian architecture, with narrow streets, museums, galleries, great shops and even a cricket pitch! The Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site and it is so proud of its history, a visit here would be well worth it - the best parts can only be accessed on foot, so consider a walking tour in the evening.



• From Corfu Town Port you can catch a ferry or sea taxi to Parga or Sivota across on mainland. Or to Paxos island south, or even to the wonderful Roman port ruins of Butrint in Albania. There are fast hydrofoils to each of these destinations. All great options for day trips!
