The villa is an two-floor building situated right on the Barbati beach a long (1 mile) beach with pebbles, awarded with the Blue Flag of the European community Barbati village ,one of the most popular areas of Corfu located in the scenic northeast coast, just 19km from Corfu town, airport and port lies at the foot of the highest mountain in Corfu, Pantokrator.Villa is a building, designed to preserve the privacy of residents. It is located on a seaside plot of land facing the beach and has its own private pool and a 1500 sq.m. absolutely beachfront fenced off child friendly private area of lawn and olive trees
Villa is set in an exclusive gated community, situated at the end of a row of three similar villas, with lush vegetation and tall trees acting as a natural border where needed.
The ground floor has a combined kitchen, dining and living area an open fireplace , 1 double bedroom with large wardrobe storage and 1 bathroom with shower cubicle . Glass doors open directly onto the garden and pool area.
The kitchen has fitted appliances including dishwasher and cooker ,microwave oven, as well as a filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything else necessary for a comfortable stay.
The first floor has 1 double bedroom with large wardrobe storage with balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea, a twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower cubicle,

The villa is equipped with wifi internet. A couple of sophisticated beachside restaurants and coffee bars as well as family traditional tavernas are only a stroll down the sea front.
