"This motel was not what I expected. I needed an easy in-and-out room with no stairs, because of my large dog. This motel was in the Wyndham group so I thought it would be clean and in good repair, just very basic with no amenities.
This was not that. I ended up with a room on the second floor - so not what I needed or asked for, in spite of few other guests at the motel. There were many items (lights, outlets, etc.) in the room in need of repair. The carpet was frightening, badly stained...

"The resort had a lot of young employees (likely students) working at the resort who were not adequately supervised.
The wait times at the Seaview Cafe was terrible. Upon arrival at the restaurant, no acknowledgement from staff. After waiting to be seated, it's like the staff forgot about you. Then once you ordered, food took a very long time to com.
When we were checking in, i advised the person handling our check-in we had to pay for the resort fees as outlined by Expedia but she said no...

"The rooms were clean but dark inside. Could have used brighter lamps or any overhead light in the main area of the room. The rooms seem a little worn and not that inviting. The price was appropriate for what was offered, and the view of the foothills was very nice. The room and surrounding areas were very quiet so it was easy to rest and sleep comfortably. The staff was nice but abrupt. I would stay there again. Thank you!"

"It was fine for a couple of days, but not really great. The pool and fitness center were both closed. There are unhoused individuals who live in the back of the parking lot, and one was removed from the hotel during breakfast. The breakfast was pretty lackluster. So don’t go here thinking it’s anything special or if you plan to spend any real time at the hotel - but it’s fine for a place to sleep. It is at least in a good location with convenient access to the highway and restaurants/chain...
