"Friendly staff. The pool and exercise room were "temporarily" closed. I was there 4 nights and it didn't look like there was any effort to open. The breakfast was limited and the front receptionist was also responsible for the breakfast area so if you needed anything you had to go and ask for help/ The moldings in the bathroom had water damage and in places not even there, Cleaning services would be done upon request after 3 nights. I probably will not stay there again."

"This could be a lovely hotel with a few improvements and a little TLC (tender loving care). When booking this hotel, my family and I were excited there was a pool and hot tub on site. The hot tub was located in an atrium next to the pool, and was more a tepid tub, and merely a suggestion of a hot tub. The tub itself did not look all that clean, and my family and I opted not to get in. The pool was okay, and a good temperature. None of my family were keen to get in the pool, so only I swam....

"Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our Washington vacation. We were unaware the desk closed at 8 PM (I must have missed that info) and we arrived around 9 PM the first night to a closed lobby. After calling the main hotel number a staff member did call me back and relieve the panic that was setting in by letting us know our key was in the drop box. Room was nice - clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was solid, good AC. Had a balcony and enjoyed our stay. We weren't at the facility much...

"When I saw the price I didn't expect anything lavish, the room was nice enough. My plane landed late and when I arrived around 11pm it took me multiple attempts to get the attention of the gentleman at the front desk and once I did he was less than impressed, everyone has bad days I don't hold it against him. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, along with the guests I met there."
