"Good option to go to Zion without being in Springdale. Good price to quality ratio and clean hotel vs. other available options. It’s not spectacular but it will do."

"The bed was not soft. The pillows were too small. It was definitely not a five star hotel more like upgraded motels work. The air-conditioning did not work. The hot water shower knob did not work not functional. There was a stain on the room towels and the ceilings were leaking their stains all over them... the housekeeping decided to vacuum the hallway carpets at 8 o'clock in the morning. Might even be a little before that as well you could hear everything through the rooms, no privacy."

"We came to ride the trails in our jeep. The location was perfect! Nice having coffee available. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and polite! The hotel needs a “ refresh”! The room smelled a bit musty, the carpets in the hallways are really worn out and the old wallpaper in the hallways is really sad!!! It wouldn’t take much to freshen it up!! Otherwise, we would return, but I think we will stay elsewhere due to the worn out facility."

"Had everything we needed to pick up groceries at Walmart on our way in from Kolob canyon, had breakfast in room, packed sandwiches for lunch, in Zion, ate at Main Street cafe twice! Nothing fancy, but comfortable. Washed a load of clothes in about 30 minutes."

Their breakfast that is included with fresh eggs and cinnamon rolls was fantastic but don’t forget about the snacks they have provided for you also. They came in handy with all of our hiking. "The owner is unbelievably kind and gracious. He provides everything with the goal of visitors not needing to go to town unless they want to. A prime example is that he provides laundry soap and dryer sheets The property will keep everyone occupied with a pool, hot tub, miniature golf, pickle ball and corn hole. Every cabin has a charcoal grill, fire pit, picnic table and outside chairs. I really cannot say enough about how clean and well maintained this place is. I will absolutely stay...
