"I booked a non smoking room and the one I was put into smelled like an ashtray, there were also certain overnight workers working the truck stop next door. The hot water didn’t work. The sheets made me itch and the bed was like sleeping on a cement floor with a cardboard mattress topper. Won’t be back and won’t recommend this place. It was gross stayed one night and left the next morning. There are also questionable characters that appear to live onsite as well and the staff was rude."

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My room was spotless. The parking area and e tire property is very well lit at night with cameras. I felt very safe here. I would stay here again!"

"I knew I wouldn’t be getting much given the area and price I paid but this place was the worst. There was blood on the restroom door, food splatter on the walls, dirty toilet, and holes in the door. We spoke with the front desk who admitted being short staffed and not having good help for cleaning. When we asked about switching rooms she said they were all the same. We left and stayed somewhere else. There’s no telling what other hazards are there. "

"The 1st room had water damage everywhere. The tub was dirty and paint was peeling. The hallway leading to the room reeked of urine. When I requested a room change, Avil, the manager on duty, asked that we don't touch anything in the room [which we hadn't, except for we all had to use the restroom, which is how we noticed the uncleanness in the room]. He goes up to the room to check then accused us of touching things in the room like the tissue, washing our hands and moving a hair dryer which was...

"The doors to the stairs kept being left open using the rug by the entrance, my first night a random man was sleeping on the stairs at 4:30am, the stairs AC was off at all times with 90 degree weather, carpet it’s not being clean in who knows how long, shower needs better cleaning. I did not feel safe and I was there in Texas for my sons Air Force graduation"
