Apartment is located in a beautiful old hussmanian style building from 1905 with only 6 apartments. Garden and two private terraces, one facing south. Both furnished. Newly renovated. Very bright and sunny apartment.
2 big bedrooms, and one small. Open kitchen-living room-dinning room, with a lot of windows.
New bathroom with shower and bath tub, separate WC.
High ceiling with beautiful molding. Furnished with very high standard modern furnitures. A very high end apartment.

Nous étions 4 personnes séniors, dont 3 autour de 80 ans.Nous avons apprécié les bus très proches et la gare qui nous ont permis de rejoindre facilement le centre ville. Belle ville, châteaux impressionnants, déplacements faciles.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area a few km from the centre of Copenhagen. It is beautifully appointed and well equipped. We were easily able to park on the road in front of the property and used our bicycles to cycle into Copenhagen using designated cycle paths all the way. A couple of minutes walk away is a small supermarket and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. There are some locked cupboards/wardrobes for the owner to store her things and the fridge has the owner’s food on the top shelf. We still had enough room for our items. Communication with the owner was good and she responded promptly to any queries.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und hat die angegebenen Zimmer und sonstigen Details. Wir haben dort nur übernachtet und nicht gekocht oder Wäsche gewaschen, daher kann ich diese technischen Geräte nicht beurteilen. Was leider nicht funktioniert hat, war das WLAN: Das Signal war offensichtlich zu schwach und der Router fand sich nicht an der beschriebenen Stelle.

Op wat problemen met de incheck-procedure na, hebben we een prima verblijf gehad. Het appartement is mooi en netjes. Gelegen in een mooie buurt. Het centrum van Kopenhagen is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het OV.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Beautiful and well equipped apartment. Great location with easy access to all amenities. It was nice being away from the city yet within a reasonable distance to many attractions. We needed to contact the owner upon arrival and she was very responsive as was the property management company. Everything was great. Wish we had stayed at this location longer.

The house is located in a nice suburb with great cafes and dining options. The interior and set up of the house is superb. Everything e we can imagine in a house is there. And we appreciate them interior design and soft furnishing. Very inspiring. It’s a short stroll to train station and bus stops. We enjoyed the convenience and public transport. We also walked around the suburb to the beach side where a lot of nice mansions reside. We highly recommended this house.

Sehr ruhige Wohngegend in einem eher gehobeneren Vierte, die aber super Anbindung mit dem ÖPNV, viele unterschiedliche Shoppingmöglichkeiten und leckere Restaurants und Take-aways bietet. Die Ausstattung ist aufwändig im Design und schön anzuschauen. Bisschen mehr Stauraum wäre nicht schlecht. Aber alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung, konnten Dank des schönen Wetters die beiden Balkone zum Entspannen nutzen. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut gewartet und aud dem neuesten Stand. Da sie auch von den Eigentümern genutzt wird, ist der Schrankplatz etwas eingeschränkt. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei Problemen schnell. Das „Gästehandbuch“ könnte mittlerweile aktualisiert werden. Die Gegend ist ruhig und die Nachbarschaft angenehm. Parken ist in der Straße überhaupt kein Problem.

Property was perfect for our family. Being a short train ride north of the centre, it offers the best of both worlds….access to city centre and the tranquility of lovely suburbs. Great food shops near the station and at the bottom of the road. The apartment is fully furnished and is a real home from home. Delightful!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Wie es in den anderen Bewertungen schon geschrieben wurde, wird die Wohnung privat genutzt und es gibt nur wenig Schrankfläche. Der Bahnhof ist gleich in der Nähe, so dass man mit dem Zug bzw. der S-Bahn ins Zentrum von Kopenhagen fahren kann. Von der Wohnung aus sind es bis an den Strand nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Vermieterin hat auf unsere Fragen schnell reagiert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt in einem eigentlich ruhigen Wohngebiet, allerdings wurde in der Nachbarschaft viel gefeiert. Am dritten Tag haben wir darum gebeten, abends die Musik leise zu drehen. Ab dann war es ruhig. Am ersten Tag wurden wir leider bereits vor 7 Uhr von lauten Bauarbeiten in der Wohnung nebenan geweckt. Da wir befürchten, dass das die ganze Woche so weitergeht, haben wir die Vermieterin angerufen. Sie war gleich erreichbar und hat uns zugesagt, nachzufragen. Abends meldete sie sich mit der erfreulichen Mitteilung, dass es nur an diesem Tag so laut war. Die Stadt ist gut mit dem Fahrrad oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

My wife, daughter, granddaughter and I stayed in Jeanette's wonderful apartment. It is clean, is spectacularly decorated, and easily accessible to Copenhagen. We enjoyed eating at local restaurants and shopping nearby. You are also close to major Copenhagen shopping malls by car. Since we were delayed by 1 1/2 days because of travel problems I communicated regularly with Jeanette and she was helpful in giving us access to the apartment for a 1:00AM arrival. This is a real find!
