  • Luminoso, espacioso y acogedor casa frente al lago contemporáneo con 4 dormitorios (VER ABAJO PARA DISEÑO DE CAMA), techos altos extra en la sala de estar con chimenea de leña. Tragaluces largo. Plan abierto cocina / comedor. Dormitorios divididos y 2 baños. Parrilla de gas al aire libre en el patio de piedra. Hamaca, amplia zona de césped al lago. Situado en un barrio residencial sereno y tranquilo. Convivir con la naturaleza y disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la zona con la fauna, el agua y el tenis. Las actividades de verano incluyen: Pista de tenis privada en la propiedad con raquetas y pelotas. Zona de césped precioso, cubiertas al aire libre y los muelles para practicar kayak, piragüismo o remo en el verano, otoño y primavera. El lago es un tranquilo lago en barco no motor que es ideal para la pesca y para los nadadores. Para los barcos de motor, Copake Lake es un corto de 5 minutos en coche, donde los barcos de motor para el placer y el esquí acuático se pueden alquilar. A sólo 15 minutos de la zona Catamount esquí con el esquí en el invierno y un divertido, desafiante circuito de cuerdas en el verano. También a sólo 35 minutos de la zona de Butternut de esquí. A cinco minutos del Country Club Verdes para el golf (abierto al público) y la buena mesa.
    Hay numerosos restaurantes excelentes a 15-30 minutos, muchos son la granja a la mesa y sirven de proveedores locales orgánicos. A 30 minutos de Hudson, Nueva York, con excelentes restaurantes y antigüedades grandes. A 30 minutos de Great Barrington, ma, la base de los Berkshires, un encantador pueblo de Nueva Inglaterra con restaurantes, tiendas e instituciones culturales. A 15 minutos de Millerton, otra encantadora ciudad noreste con muchos restaurantes, tiendas, sala de cine y la Casa de té Harney.
    Gran piscina lago (sin zona de playa o caminar en) con una entrada en el muelle. La pesca con licencia que se obtiene fácilmente.
    Esta es una casa preciosa para un encuentro tranquilo y sereno con amigos o familiares. Es un lugar tranquilo y apacible barrio residencial y fuerte ruido exterior no será permitido. Disfrute del país y de las maderas en su máxima expresión!

Great relaxing stay

The family loved our stay here. Very relaxing, beds were extremely comfortable, and the lake was readily accessible. Would recommend for groups up to 6-7 people!

Family Reunion

We used this house as well as 2 other homes in the neighborhood to meet for a family reunion. All the houses were clean and in close proximity to each other and the pond. What a great stay!

The location was ideal for our Labor Day get away with our family and new grandson.

Great house. Enjoyed the property and really took advantage of the boating, swimming and tennis. House was very comfortable and clean.

Amazing stay!

The cabin was very spacious, clean and cozy. Kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a gym within walking distance. The host was very responsive and addressed all our questions promptly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for getaway in the area.

Mini reunion

The place is perfect. So comfortable! Well equipped. And right on a lake. Wonderful inside and out on the patio!!! It was perfect for us since the friend we were visiting lives right down the road. Thank you!!!!

Beautiful well appointed home with all the amenities to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The lake view was lovely and peaceful. The weather didn’t cooperate with our visit so we didn’t get a chance to use any of the outdoor activities but everything listed was present and ready for use.

Great place. Great location.

We had a lovely stay. Very responsive property manager. Kids had a blast. The home is all one floor--no upstairs--which worked nicely for us. Most of the rooms had good window treatments which was appreciated.

Wonderful Place!!

We were looking for peaceful and beautiful place lakefront place to stay for the weekend - and we found it. The place was better than it looked in the photos - which is generally not the case. Great property, well kept, easy access to lake with canoes, well stocked kitchen. Loved it!

Great place to stay

Stayed at this wonderful place for a family weekend. It had everything we needed including marshmallow sticks for the fire pit. The lake/pond is great to swim in as well as taking the kayaks out. Jenifer was quick to respond when I messaged about the BBQ propane tank being empty.

Lovely Lakeside Home

This is a very comfortable house on a pristine lake in upstate NY. We were traveling with two kids (4 and 1) and found the flat layout of the home to be suitable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Despite our stay being in December, we can imagine that this would also be a great place to stay over the summer months given the tennis court, large lawn area, patio, and lake access.

Lovely relaxing lake house

Property was clean, charming, and spacious. Nice kitchen for cooking. Beds were comfy. The outdoors areas were the star - big lawn, beautiful trees full of birds with pretty songs, and a wonderful lake that was just the right temperature for swimming. We don't play tennis, but the tennis court looked great and I suspect it would have been awesome if we did play tennis.

Serenity scape

The property is beautiful with away from other homes giving you enough privacy to hang out without feel like you bother others. We had two kids with us and they had tons of fun using the paddle boats and the tennis/basketball court (which is on the property). Great living arrangement and all cooking items needed. We came to regroup from city life and escape the noise. We spend every night doing bonfires and watching the starts.

Catamount Copake Adventure

This was our first visit to the area. There are some lovely shops nearby in Copake and Great Barrington is a larger town close by. The ski areas of Catamount and Butternut are were both a short distance from the house. The main bedroom was large and private as it separated from the other 3 bedrooms by the living areas. The home was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We did need to thoroughly clean the an suite bathroom as it was not up to our standards.

Perfect Weekend

Summarized.. From beginning to end. Our property manager was attainable, professional and friendly The pictures tell a true story of home and property. We enjoyed the tennis courts and lake amenities each day. The property reminds me of a vineyard the trees were so beautiful. The rooms were so comfortable beds to linens to towels. Master suite was great 2 other rooms were too. They shared a bathroom which was fine. Definitely comfortable for 4 adults!! We will be back.

Copake Fun !

What an AMAZING place and an AMAZING time we had at this AMAZING house! We were fortunate also to meet the owner, Jenifer, who was lovely and helpful in answering any questions we may have had. This home had everything AND MORE to accomodate our family. Expansive property on the lake with kayaking, swimming, paddleboarding, tennis/basketball, grilling and the fire pit was enjoyed by all! Every room in the house was well-appointed with great attention to detail....the beds were oh so comfortable and the linens/towels were all top quality as was the kitchen supplies. A vast array of books and even toys for the tots was available! Highly recommend this AMAZING getaway!!! Hope to return!!!

Peaceful family trip

This property is situated on a large piece of beautifully maintained land on a large pond. The views were lovely and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The house is well stocked with so many kitchen tool essentials we found it very easy to cook and eat together. (No food or ingredient supplies though, heads up!) The kitchen and dining area are so open, with a great view out the back and exit to the patio, so it made spending time together easy. The bedrooms were comfortable and we mostly were well stocked with towels, although there were only a few washcloths for the 7 of us (plus toddler), so maybe pack some if you need them usually. We loved the kayaks and paddle boat, and the tennis/basketball court (there aresupplies for all of these things in the shed). Also, the on property gym (in a separate little building close to the house) was so nicely equipped! Overall, we had a blast at this comfy and cozy house on the water!Only things to note: the pier going out into the water from the shore is partially broken and a little unsteady. We thought there’d be access off of that into the water, but we realized after arriving and reading the guide in the house that the best bet was to take a kayak out to the floating (shared) dock to swim/float around there, which worked great. The water was very clear once you got out there and an amazing temperature. It was a great place to swim,float, kayak, and paddle boat!
