"It was a nice change of pace. We usually stay at hotels but this was a wonderful option. Loved the pool and the bay view. We plan on returning to check out the other spaces."

"We had a great stay here enjoying the view and the woodstove. We were a little put off by the composting toilet and did not use it, same with the shower. All in all a good experience though!"

"We love staying here!! This is the second time in less than a year! Such a nice little spot to hangout for the weekend. Always clean, and comfortable. The only gripe I have is the bed frame!! Watch your toes and your shins around the corners. This is the ONLY thing I would change about this place!! Thanks again for the place to crash for the weekend! "

"I can't believe how nice this place is, let alone for the price. Absolutely blown away by the details and love put into decorating this home. Mike, the owner is extremely responsive and great to work with. He kindly helped change my reservation when a personal loss shifted my plans. "Playing pool was a bit challenging in the laundry room. Ha! "

"Not for taller people. Me (5’9”) and my husband (6’1”) could no walk through any of the doorways without ducking. He honked his head many times. Smoke detector went off twice without reason in the middle of the night, waking up my 1 year old. Mostly clean, except under tables and furniture (I was only looking because my 1 year old kept losing his toys under there). Lots of activity from whoever is next door/on the property but only later into the night, after my baby went to sleep, so we had to...

"The house is an older house, but it is wonderfully charming. The best part of this property is location, location, location. It has its own private forest a big green yard fire pits barbecue. It’s amazing. You can walk to the dunes privately. Your dogs can run freely!And the owner of the property is a real great guy! I would recommend this property any time! Some reviews listed the driveway as an issue. It is not it is perfectly.perfectly fine. "

"Truly unbelievable view of ocean across entire living and kitchen area of house. House is older, but has nice layout. Kitchen amenities exremly lacking making it difficult to cook meals. Not all burners on stove heated to normal temps.Only spices were picnic sized salt and pepper. One of the 2 beds was extremely uncomfortable. TV didnt work. Great pet friendly house. Really easy, close access to beach.I rented through VRBO app and then got messages from Vacasa about when we would get entry codes...

"Loved the view of the river and dunes outside the kitchen window. Perfect layout in my opinion and a quick walk to downtown Florence. You can even get to go through Exploding Whale Memorial Park. Right off of the backyard."

"You cannot beat the view from this house! And it was so nice that it's dog friendly. I loved that they had doggy food and water bowls available. The stairs were a little scary to get into the house, especially wet (I had to carry my 70lb husky up because he was being dramatic and wouldn't climb them on his own) but it's well worth it once you're inside. "
