"Everything was great, wonderful helpful staff. But there was no elevator - only 2 floors - but was with my 82 yr old mom. Had to make multiple trips up because she gets winded easily and I was carrying for both. AC didnt seem to cool hreatly, but I could sleep well enough. Breakfast was good. "

"Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location if you are going to the Opry. Would have given it five stars but there were not coffee pots in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby which is fresh ground and good it was just inconvenient for several of us."

"A good restaurant is next door. Easy to walk from Lobby. Also bus to Opry was great and only $10 por person. Fresh yogurt machine and fixings were very good for breakfast."

"Great location. Nice big rooms and well designed. Would stay again. The only complaint is the AI service that you have to use to request things. We never received our request and the toilet broke and it took maintenance 2 hours to show up as we were checking out."
