Your family will be in the center of Lake Tenkiller when you stay at The Wanderer. Located within 2 miles of Cookson Bend Marina & The Deck. Less than 2 miles to Sixshooter Marina. 5 minute drive to 1684 Venue. Close drive to Illinois River and Tahlequah! Two bedroom cabin with a pullout bed on couch as well!

CO monitor battery was low and chirping when we got there so had to do without. Vent cover in bedroom was lose and came off often when walking by it, hazard. Some sort of breaker tripped on the last night of stay, killing ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher. Breaker panel did not show any tripped breakers. Location was ok, large roll off dumpster set at front of property killing some of the ambience. Host was responsive and kind. 4 of 5 stars.

Our church rented this place for a missionary couple that was going to be with us for the week at our church. They loved it and would have liked to stay longer, because it was so relaxing and comfortable for them. The cabin was spacious, clean, and very comfortable and welcoming. The hosts were very gracious to us and our missionary. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Lake Tenkiller Getaway

We enjoyed the location as it afforded some seclusion and great night time views with a closeness to area attractions. The firepit was perfect and the outdoor lighting was appreciated. Inside, enjoy a wonderfully newly renovated property with enough sleeping for six and everything needed to be comfortable including AC, modern appliances including washer and dryer, huge 4K tv, Wi-Fi, etc. We will be back!

Beautiful get away

You have an absolutely beautiful cabin. Everything we needed for this stay was provided. It felt like we were staying in the enchanted forest. We truly enjoyed the front porch and the fire pit. It was so close to the lake and you had great parking for our boat. We truly look forward to another stay at your place. The host was very helpful and very kind. We have stayed at many VRBO and we find this place to be the most peaceful and relaxing. A true hidden gem.

Viewing Oklahoma

We had friends visiting from out of state and they thought Oklahoma was flat with no trees, red dirt and muddy water. So of course we had to change that thought process! Property was clean, surrounded by trees and birds. Very short stay just to see the lake and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great weekend cabin

Our stay was perfect, super clean and kitchen was well equipped. They had cars and board games for younger kids. The location is very convenient if you’re going to Tenkiller Lake, definitely would stay here again!

Amazing!

The cabin is beautiful, i side and out. It has been completely renovated. It sits off the highway in an isolated area where.you can.enjiypeace, solitude, and the beauty around you. This is my"go-to" place to escape!

Great place!

Our family had a quick getaway to Lake Tenkiller and really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location and all the amenities you need. Super clean cabin with plenty of room to run around. Highly recommend!
