"Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!"

"Nice large property on a beautiful piece of land. Very easy check in and the easiest check out process out there. The house was clean and aired out, no musty smells! Kitchen very well equipped, beds were comfortable and spaces were large and airy. We loved the pool. It was the BEST part of the stay! I'd stay here again hands down."

"It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. "It is a beautiful home right on the coast. We woke up to the sounds of birds and the waves crashing on the rocks. During the day we saw macaws and spider monkeys in the trees in front of the house. We had Rafa cook for us and his meals were a highlight of our vacation, however the kitchen has a modern stove and refrigerator so you could easily buy groceries in puerta jiminez and cook for yourself. I was so impressed of how close to the beach it is and so sound it by nature; the sound of waves from the ocean was definitely a plus. "We really enjoyed our stay with JD. The property is beautiful and peaceful and in a great location . The room was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom set up was one of the nicest I’ve seen in Costa Rica. JD is an animal lover and did his best to make us and Ziggy feel at home. Looking forward to another stay"

"What a marvelous time we had immersed in the open life between this beautiful beach and wild mangrove river. The host went above and beyond to arrange our desired trips kayaking, exploring Corcovado, enjoying the Gulf, massages, birding, and suggesting options for food experiences. He even suggested the shuttle from San Jose and the hotel to use there as well. Know that Punta Preciosa is remote. It is wild. It is 25 minutes by taxi to town, so come prepared with food and your desired beverages....
