"The accommodation is luxurious and beautiful. We certainly felt pampered and welcome. The special touches are numerous and the staff members are clearly trained to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. "Tracey & Mark were lovely, very attentive. Boho suite was smaller than expected felt a bit closed in due to lack of views/light from windows. The other rooms were beautiful though. They had lovely linen and wines for sale also. Nice location in Tokai. Would go again. "

"I have stayed at Fernwood Manor for many years and the standards are always excellent. The staff are so helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is legendary and always freshly cooked. The gardens are immaculate and the poll - devine. I cannot recommend it highly enough ! "

"Great hotel. Room was lovely - I had a corner suite with beautiful balcony and 180 view of Hout Bay. I think I got an upgrade. Love the staff, excellent location close to everything. Really cannot say enough about this hotel. Oh and Hout Bay area is amazing."

"Allen and the other staff were great! It is a 1880 Mansion with 8 guest rooms and impeccably restored/maintained filled with antiques, just very relaxing. I would highly recommend for its charm, location and staff. Satori Restaurant 5-10min walk down street is Amazing food and service (ask for Shantell). Highly recommend!"
