"The property is gorgeous, staff is very friendly and amenities are top tier. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 is due to the experience I had with the transfer service offered by the hotel. Not only was the driver very fast going up hill and no where in communications with the hotel was the cost of the transfer mentioned. Go for the spa & restaurant but arrange your own transportation. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail."
