Fishing - Boating - and Relaxing at the Lake with miles of views!

This waterfront gated property on the first floor offers a primary bedroom with a king size bed, a full bath and upstairs 3 pull out couches, a queen murphy bed with great view of the main part of the lake and a huge entertainment area.

This living/dining area and a patio over the water of equal size is a great place to watch the lake and all the activity. Tie up your boat 10 feet from the front door. We have a laundry next to a second full bathroom. Memories are made at waterfront vacation properties like this one!

Outside upstairs over the water is a deck that is about 800+ square feet. What a view! It has a sit down bar and a table of chairs

There is nothing like this private property of over 2.55 acres anywhere with this view and access to many restaurants and stores within one mile. Also we have 2 RV/Motorhome Sites for Rent to you only during your stay. They are just off the water. Each site offers 20/30/50 electric that includes water, sewer and internet. One block from Papa's Ice House, Sonic and next to Lakeview Marina. Reserve your rental today.

Tie up your boat 10 feet from the door! Room for Trailer parking onsite. Easy walk into the lake access stairwell. Kitchen has pots, pans, glasses, silverware, stove, microwave and kitchen table with seating for 6 and 3 bar stools. Large patio with outside bar, tables and chairs. Get some sun, relax and watch the boating activities! This is 1 home on 2+ waterfront acres. You will be renting the home and have access to our private 110 foot long pier on Lake Conroe (see the photos).

There is no fee for parking your boat on our docks. You may park your trailer on the pad site provided included with your Boat Docking spot. Let us know you are bringing a boat before your arrival.

Boat and Kayak rentals are near by.

We are easy to find: Hwy 105 West 7 miles from I-45, turn North to 844 Beach Walk Blvd, Conroe, TX 77304. Right at end of the Cul-de-sac through gate. To the left of our gate entrance is the entrance to Lakeview Marina.

Enjoyed our stay. We were the only ones on the property the dogs had room to run around so that was nice. We brought our boat it was nice to be able to tie right up to the dock, the fishing was good off the dock as well. Close to all the restaurants it was a peaceful weekend. Will keep this spot in mind.

Boathouse Review

We really enjoyed our stay at the Boathouse; I will say I wasn’t 100% sure from the pics and descriptions what we were walking in to but just needed a place to sleep and fish with the family for the weekend.The boathouse only has 1 full bathroom in it, which is located downstairs (shower, sink and toilet) - we never did try the other bathroom and were comfortable sharing the 1 between the 3 of us.Also downstairs is the only true bedroom; the king bed was comfy but little cramped fitting into the room - you have to crawl in from the front of the bed and there is no central AC in that room but they do have a split ductless AC unit and it worked well. Upstairs they have a queen Murphy bed and a Day bed and plenty of couches; we only used the Murphy and Day beds which were decent. I will say the sound system was nice but took forever to figure out how to turn it on and get it to work and wasn’t able to figure out the Bluetooth capabilities if it had any; it’s an older system and could use an update but the radio works just fine. The kitchen had all the essentials - they have a drip coffee make that has a built in bean grinder (no Kuerig)The outside dock for fishing was great but really narrow - there was no way to easily walk past each other with chairs out there but we made do!Communication wasn’t the greatest thru VRBO, but did leave their cell phone # when we did hear back Overall would stay again for the price

Great location right on the water. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. We were able to fish right off the dock where we caught catfish, bass, and perch. Plenty room for our family. We will definitely stay here again.

The add stated the lake house had 2 1/2 bathrooms which in reality only had 1 bathroom and a shower outside. This was an issue with having 6 people staying in the lake house.

Fantastic and Fun

This property was exactly what me, my friends, and family needed. It was a really nice house with an amazing overlook of Lake Conroe. My favorite feature has to be the surround sound system in the ceiling of the living room and kitchen. Had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back.

Spring break getaway

Great quick getaway for spring break with family. Private, clean, easy access to dining/shopping and waterfront access was very nice. We were originally planning on bringing our dogs but the listing did not include all the house rules up front. So we had to make some quick change of plans. Hence the 4-Star rating. Everything else was as described.

Zero Bedrooms, One Bath

The listing needs to clarify that the one bedroom isn't an actual bedroom. There are "sleeping opportunities" in the shared common room that serves as the kitchen, sleeping area, and living room, but most people define a bedroom as a separate room with a bed and a closet. It should also say that one full bath is downstairs, and the other bath is in a detached garage 250 feet away from the main house. Other issues were a couple of roaches that found their way into our luggage, an odor in the house that wasn't enjoyable, and a small shower with a slow drain. We survived, but this will not be a repeat stay for us.
