"This was the most awful experience ever got there on Thursday April 23rd and got in the room a none smoking room someone had been smoking got moved to another room it hqd bed bigs have proof videos and pictures had to stay there wasnt any hotels available because of a event in town left as fast as we could Saturday April 25th "

The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. "My tv was a little too loud which was understandable but I’d recommend when staff comes to my room to not try to open the door or atleast call first. The bathroom fan didn’t work and woke up in the middle of the night to the vanity sink overflowing. Floor baseboard pieces were worn off and just tossed on the ground."

"I am absolutely amazed at this place!! Very clean, staff were ALL friendly and seemed happy, breakfast was fantastic, and their “kickback” which is free dinner. The BBQ pulled pork sliders were SO GOOD! Have not had food like that in a very long time. The only disappointing thing was the hot tub could have been hotter. And they were fully booked. There were herds of kids! lol. Some robotic conference in town brought all of them💁‍♀️. Right by the airport, shuttle service, good food, comfy beds!...

"First room had white stuff on the head board asked for another room when got to the other room found bed bugs on the bed, smells like mold. Ask for money back lady told us no and said our first room was cleaned up now. No bugs in this room pillows was crappy. Breakfast was gross. And I would not swim in that pool. This has been the worst place I stayed in."
