The home was lovely. A great space to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The lake is perfect for pan fishing. We enjoyed watching Eagles, Wood Ducks, Canadian Geese and Loons. (I love listening to the loons.) We enjoy hiking and Bond Falls is only 41 minutes away. If you are looking for a spot that’s peaceful with beautiful sunsets to make memories at, this would be the spot!

Star Lake Fishing Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location for a fun packed fishing experience with our son and grandson with a guide based on Star Lake. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, screened in porch, fire pit and dock were a bonus. Kim was great to work with, and we will be back next year.

Cabin With It All!

We had a wonderful stay at The Lakefront Family Getaway! The house is very welcoming and inviting, with a cabin vibe throughout. It has spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a fully stocked large kitchen, and extra comfortable furnishings. The lake views are wonderful, and the location is central to a couple of nearby towns. Driving through the woods to the rental is exceptionally relaxing. We also loved the outdoor space with a screened-in porch, firepit, and grill. We could not have asked for anything more!
