"We only stayed for one night, but we found that the Inn exceeded our expectations. It was a beautiful historic site, and the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were as expected from the other reviews of the property. I was traveling with my daughter who has celiac disease, and the Inn was able to provide her with a lovely GF option for breakfast that was as delightful as the rest of the offerings. True GF options while traveling are limited, so this experience was a gem."

The menu was pretty repetitive, with scrambled eggs served every morning and no boiled egg option available. I would definitely stay here again. "My favorite place to stay in Amherst! You’re right on the village Green, a few blocks from the Dickinson Homestead, top-notch restaurant on site, wonderful Staff, great shower, comfy beds. We spent the evening chatting and reading by the fire in the communal living room. 10 out of 10."

"Price was very reasonable. It is a problem that there is most of the time no one in the office. Thus, it is really difficult to address issues, particularly in the evening. The TV went out in the evening, and we decided not to bother anyone. Bed was excellent. Location is quiet. Coffee in the office is great, but it would be better in the room. Suggest installing better clothes hanging capability in room. Overall, good value."

"The parking situation was unacceptable when we arrived. The garage was closed and the lady preventing people from entering was very unhelpful. As an out of town visitor, I had no idea where she expected me to park. I had bags and I was told to park in the circle to drop them off. It was still quite a walk with my bags to the hotel. The front desk staff was sympathetic but had no reach solution other than to park in lots 25 or 12. That was a long walk away and I was beyond frustrated by this...
