"A great central location for a weekend break in Masham. The barn was modern and clean and big enough for us as a family of four. Everything we needed was provided. We had come early evening following the Polar Express (Wensleydale) train ride in December, so it was a bit cold and took a while to heat up with its big rooms/high ceilings. However, by the next morning it was warm and cosy. Would stay again and definitely recommend "

"I had a worry that the cottage might be a little small but we had loads of room due to the layout being over three floors. The decor was smart and we had everythign we needed. "My daughter’s , grandchildren and I stayed at Morton House for 2 nights whilst visiting the Polar Express (15 minutes drive away). The house was large , warm and welcoming. "Small but perfectly formed, just a beautiful cosy little cottage in a gorgeous village, everything you need to enjoy your stay, the kitchen was well provided with utensils, cooker, microwave washer etc, the lounge was cosy with tv & wifi, door to small yard, in summer will be lovely to sit out! Parking a bit tight (our car quite big)but we knew this before we went, so made use of village carpark 2mins walk away,after dropping cases off! Will definitely go again! Loved it!"

"Property was lovely and very clean , large bedrooms all with good en suites, well equipped kitchen. large comfortable lounge dining area with log burning stove.Wood and coal was provided , but you should think to bring your own if you want to use the burner a lot. The cottage was set in a lovely rural setting within easy driving distance of all the Trough of Bowland villages and walks. We had a great time and would like to thank the owners for providing such a great venue"
