"Our room was comfortable and well presented, check in was easy and welcoming. The hotel was easy to find and in a great location right by the park and a short stroll from Lark Lane. A few minor DIY jobs need seeing to in the room and bathroom which do not impact the function of the room but make it feel a little run down- things like light a light bulb needing replacing, some skirting board coming away in the bathroom, and redundant fixtures from when hand soap used to be supplied in bottles...

"It wasn’t where I thought it was. I thought it was the Docks. Just slightly out of the town centre. Liked it though. Good value and comfy bed. Bathroom was very cramped mind, especially the toilet "

"Uncomfortable bed that dipped. Refused to serve breakfast as claimed pre order required. Pre order requirement was not referenced on website on in hotel breakfast advertisments or at point of booking in. Would not even serve a coffee while i waited for nearby cafe to open. "

"The room was okay just didn’t have any heating and a bit loud at night because of the clubs and takes around 20 minutes for the heat up the shower but the rest was all good and close to the city centre i do still recommend "

"The car park was only able to accomodate a small amount of cars, but there was plenty of parking on the side street which was ideal. The staff were very welcoming and extremely accomodating. The hotel is within walking distance to Anfield which was ideal as this is why we chose the hotel. My 9 year old son loved the hotel, describing it as the best ever. Mainly due to the 2 pool tables and all the memorabilia. We would definitely use this hotel again "

"For a short 1 or 2 night stay perfect. Anything longer I’d want a window. Staff friendly and helpful 5-10 min walk to centre bur plenty of food drinking places very close. My only complaint was the pillows, really not very good. Very flat!! But apart from that good"
