"We stay. In Alton Bay each year for a couple of concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford. We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. "This place was perfect for our weekend stay with our 3 small dogs. We loved the beautiful lake view, the large deck with bbq and the firepit in the front yard. It is so hard to find a nice place that will allow us to bring our 3 small dogs. Peter was very friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again."

"Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. "This house is absolutely gorgeous and the spaces for the most part were curated well. The price was very reasonable. The communication with the host was quick. While we appreciated the items above we had a few issues with the description of the listing. The largest issue was that online it appears you are renting a whole house which is why we chose to rent with this host. We wanted our privacy and not to be in an apartment . "We had a great stay at this property. It was very conveniently located near Gunstock Ski Resort. The hot tub was perfect after a long day skiing and tubing. The home was clean and well-furnished."

Us with 6 teenagers 17-19 years old and not once did we feel like we were on top of eachother. 20 minutes to Laconia, 30 to Weirs Beach and Concord. The boys had a great time fishing off the dock.
