"Very clean. All rooms on the second floor. Lovely sunroom. Bring your own hairdryer, there isn't one in the apartment. Stayed with my two sons for graduation. Hope to come back next year for another graduation. Thanks!"

"The apartment is very nicely finished and the kitchen is on the whole well equipped though missing a couple essentials like an can opener. There were also closets in every bedroom, but no clothes bar so there is nowhere to hang clothes. I would suggest adding clothes bars, a coat rack in the living room at the entrance and a set of drawers in each bedroom.The location is excellent in a very nice part of Manchester and convenient to the interstates. "Carole and Marianne were gracious hosts; friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The apartment was well-furnished and comfortable - and having the woodstove started and waiting for us was a nice plus! The Farm is a great property and we enjoyed watching and interacting with the cows. A great trip for our group!"

"The apartment was very tastefully remodeled and decorated. The house was very clean and well stocked. I would have given this place a 5 star had we gotten a good nights sleep. I didn’t realize that we were renting an apartment vs a house. That would have been fine had there not been musicians staying in the apartment below us.
