"Had difficulty getting into condo. Property was probably a 5 and not exactly what the pictures showed. Dropped something and it rolled under the bed. The floor had about a quarter inch of dust and dirt and floor was not clean at all in places. One bathroom for three of the bedrooms on main floor and very steep stairs to basement where the forth bedroom was at. "

"Very nice place, clean but very noisy, neighbors loud, lots of banging until well into the night. The beds were hard which we had seen from other reviews but we brought foam toppers and made a big difference. The living room furniture was also not the most comfortable and not a lot of spots for people to sit and relax. Loved having off street parking and location was good with convenience store and Dunkin in walking distance."

"Newly renovated, clean, comfortable place to explore Boston. The host was responsive and very proactive. Parking in the back for our rental. Plenty of space and room for us to spread out. Security lights around the property and limited pedestrian traffic on the street. We felt very safe and overall very pleased with the place. "

"For what they are charging, they should answer right away as you make questions; I asked about the check-in code and waited almost 6 hours until deciding to call a number that appeared on the app that was not correct, as they told us to call another number to ask for the info.
