"My family group consisting of a party of 9 overwhelmingly found this home to be quite charming and very comfortable. The home is conveniently located close to shopping and dining. The host was quite accommodating and communicating with them was a breeze. I would book this home again and highly recommed it to anyone traveling this part of NorCal."

"Perfect for a large group consisting of multiple couples. We had a group of 5 couples that fit comfortably in the space. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house (1 room was the game room and has a twin trundle) and an ADU in the back that has 2 rooms and its own kitchen/living area. The beds in the ADU were a little uncomfortable but it worked fine. Overall, we had a great time with friends and would recommend to anyone needing a large space to stay. "

"We were in town for a family graduation. The price of this cozy place fit our budget. The adult beds were super comfortable!!!! Living room was also comfortable. Nice kitchen but very sparse in terms of cooking supplies. We arrived to only three coffee mugs, host delivered by Sunday. In my extensive experience with renting these type of getaway houses, this one was priced well for overall Bay Area, and if there is something in listing that is drawing you to the house be sure to confirm “it” is...

The home is conveniently located close to the practice field. It is clean and had a washer/dryer that came in very handy. "Layout of the house was perfect. Nice to have a garage. You should invest in a big sectional for the living room. It would be more comfortable for 6 people. Other than not being able to get in at first due to the changed lock, it was a pleasant stay. "

"Wonderful place to stay. We had two small kids (ages 3 and 5), and this place was perfect for us while visiting family in the East Bay. Host was responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!"

"Minor issues with clean dishes but other than that it was great. All 11 were comfotable and had a blast in the pool and hot tub. Best family vacation ever."

"The main selljng point of this property was the Jacuzzi. When we all showed up to the home, it was beautiful and immaculate. Just left the pictures. However, I gotta look at the Jacuzzi and it’s completely empty and has items sitting in the bottom like it’s been empty for a while. I text the property owner, and he replied “ The hot tub is not in service. A previous just did something to damage it. Waiting to be serviced.”"
