"We had a great time staying at the house. The owners have thought of everything. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. It was quiet, clean with an incredible view. We got our kayak and paddle boards out on the water a few times. Walking distance to Hippo’s is a plus and you will definitely enjoy the food. If we are back in the area we would love to stay again! "I thought when I booked it said “whole house”. It could have been my mistake but I never would have rented it if I knew someone was upstairs. Also, the laundry is shared, so the upstairs occupant came down while I was there. Other than that it was great. Clean and tidy, but no tea or coffee or anything like that. "

"The property overall is good and clean, quiet neighborhood. Cons: The beds are uncomfortable seems like mattress have springs that keep hurting your back! One of the bathrooms with shower door has a very slippery floor once the soap, shampoo is used inside shower the floor gets very slippery .be careful if you have kids or old people it’s risky! "

"We were impressed with the completeness of what was made available to us in the basement unit/apartment (I think many of the photos are showing the main unit and not the basement one). It was very clean, comfortable, with many amenities. It was the perfect size/space for us two for a week. Everyone knew from the moment we stepped in the door that the cleanliness and the upkeep of the property was a perfect fit. It was very welcoming just from the start. "Everything was very enjoyable. The host was very helpful and communicative. The bed and tent were clean. There was firewood and fire starter for the campfire and a barbecue to cook with. Everything was functional. There were accent lights already turned on in the tent when we arrived, which was helpful during the night. The port-a-potty was very clean. The atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"We had a lovely stay at this trailer. It is a trrailer and space is cramped but will equipped."

"This was a great family gateway that made us all remember and think of our caribbean beaches back in Venezuela. Kudos to Tom and all the staff for their amazing customer service and attention to details. They were all very friendly and helpful to make our stay better. The only draw back is that the units don't have A/c unit and it was very very hot during the night even with all fans turned on. Tom mentioned they were working on that, and hopefully it'll be addressed for next summer."
