The impressive "Curtain Fig Tree" at Yungaburra in the Atherton Tablelands of North Queensland. It has aerial roots which drop 15 metres to the ground. Cool huh?
Dinner Falls is a lot less popular than some of the other waterfalls on the Tablelands, and the fact that there are a variety of plunge pools means you're guaranteed to get a spot all to yourself! #waterlust www.cheskiesgaplife.com
The oldest tree in OZ. The photo cannot describe how large it is. Hidden away in the Tablelands rainforest, it is worth the trip.

The day of the 15th, when the room was serviced, a few things were not done. I had to request tea bags, hand towels, etc. For a Hilton Hotel at $260 per night, I was slightly disappointed. Next time I stay in Cairns, I will choose another hotel. Buffet breakfast was excellent

Fabulous room with two queensize beds, roomy well designed bathroom, bar fridge, kettle and tea and coffee sachets. The groundfloor room had an outdoor table and chairs overlooking the pool surrounded by palms and tropical vegetation.
