"Check in was super easy. The property descriptions were perfect and we had no problems settling in. There was a lot of room in the upstairs sleeping quarters, and we all felt comfortable. "We had a lovely stay at the cabin. The front porch is perfect for a relaxing moment of peace. There is a long staircase to the lake, but the clear, calm waters are worth the hike. The house is well stocked with games and activities for families. There is a large front yard as well. "

"First time booking a Vrbo! Stressed in the beginning about when or how to check in not realizing at the time it’s normal to get that information just hours before! Worked out great for the group size we had (7 Adults). Parking was tight, but manageable, A/C units in most of the rooms was huge with it being 90 all weekend, everything worked and was clean! Wasn’t fancy, but it got the job done with being in a great location with what we had planned! I would recommend and book again! "

"Perfect centralized spot for a visit to GR! This is a cute house in a quiet neighborhood conveniently close to several highways."

"We stayed here during a recent trip to Grand Rapids and unfortunately left disappointed. The property had several issues with cleanliness — there was an unpleasant smell, the floor vents and spaces under furniture were dirty, and dust had built up behind the drapes. Towels were scarce, there were no mattress covers, and the kitchen had a random hodge-podge of items that made cooking difficult.
