"I don’t understand why there were misleading reviews on this place. I stayed with my son for a basketball tournament and it was very unsafe. The location was amazing but there were people that were living here, partying til late in the evening and very sketchy. We didn’t end up even staying our second night because it felt too unsafe."

"This small studio has a fun, industrial, and newly renovated vibe. We loved the record player and selection of LPs from the 70s and 80s. It was spotlessly clean and quiet. It's near two parking garages, one of which has an EV charger. The location is fairly central to key Grand Rapids museums and events, within walking or a short driving distance. It is located in the basement, with a large window looking out at a locked exterior stairwell, but the light is good, and there is a darkening shade....
