"Clean property, clean rooms, there 4 nights for work and was very pleased with my stay. Great family restaurant across the road from the hotel.."

"The mattress was too hard for us but breakfast was very good"

"Nice comfortable place to stay"

"We had blood stained pillow cases and they did everything they could trying not to exchange them. They reason they gave was we just checked in that day and our room was not due to change the linen for 2 days. Yes let me repeat we checked in to blooded pillow cases upon our arrival to our room. So we will not EVER give our money to this hotel chain."

"Staff were very accommodating."

"We stayed there 15 years ago and it was a lovely experience but most if the fun things have been eliminated (i.e. zip line, barn dances, food). It's pretty isolated with no food available at the location but a real good cafe in Grandview (R&K) for meals. Hayliegh the office person was very helpful."

"Liked the price. Flooring was popping up in one spot needed to be glued back down. Had to watch that I didn't cut my foot on it. When I was leaving at 6:30 am there were two individuals on the second level by the stairs drinking beer and smoking pot."

"The hotel is very close to food places and Walmart is just right behind it in walking distance. The rear parking lot is very well lit and safe. The downside is the room had a very musky odor, we even had several cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the shower curtain was so thin that water seeps out onto the floor. I had a packed itinerary else I would have taken the time to change locations just because of the musky odor. Odd for such a new looking place."

"Had bed bugs got bit up and left had to get another room somewhere else want a refund"

"1) Elevator was broken. My 80 year old mom had to climb 3 flights of stairs along with three 4 year old grandchildren. 2) Hideaway bed was completely trashed. Absolutely disgusting. I cannot even begin to explain how nasty it was. 3) Telephones in the room did not work so numerous trips down 3 flights of stairs 4) Television did not work 5) Smoking allowed too near the entrance of the hotel 6) Carpet stains throughout the hotel which gave an appearance of it not being very clean"

"Not recommend to stay"

"No issues with my one night stay. Not a luxury inn but good enough if you need a place to shower and sleep. No bed bugs"

"Our reservation was severely messed up. The worst part of that was that no one helped, attempted to help, or cared. I was told they had no rooms to offer after they cancelled our reservation but I hung up and booked a room online. Our whole team stayed there and its as if we were a nuisance. Our room didnt feel clean. There were bugs in the bathroom. The walls are dirty everywhere. Im sorey to give such a bad review but we will never step foot back at this property even though its 1 mile from...

"Very clean, everything you need is handy. Minimalistic and perfect for a quiet getaway. I did a personal silent retreat and greatly enjoyed the silence, sauna and cold plunge. Some host provided bird feeders would be a good addition for us bird nerds."
