Charming Como - In the old town

Charming and lovely apartment completely restored with all facilities to guarantee any confort during your stay.
At your disposal 2 double bedrooms (one complete with en suite bathroom), a second design bathroom that include washing machine, a large living room and a brand new full equipped kitchen, including dishwasher.
The apartment is on 1st. floor, located in a four tall building, with a wide elevator (comfortable for babies carriage and wheelchairs): is a great solution for families, friends or colleagues.
Como old town is in a pedestrian area; car is not necessary; any place is easily reachable by foot: the lake, the ferries, railway station, shops, restaurants and all the beautiful churches and historical villas to be visited.
There are at 100meters from home some payant park car. It's possible to use a special agreement with a parking at 500 meters walking, that give a ticket for 20€ available for 24hours.
Principal railway stations can be reached walking: Como San Giovanni is about 1km, Como Nord Lago at 500 meters.
Ferries boats departures is at 300 meters walking from home.

Alexia is a wonderful organized and so helpful host! She has a gorgeous apartment in Como. The apartment is right in the heart of the active Como shopping life. It was still quiet with the windows closed! This is an updated building that feels luxurious! You will not be disappointed! We will definitely stay here again our next visit to Como!

First off, Alexia is one of the best hosts we have had at anywhere. Friendly, super helpful and she has an apartment that is pristine. The location being 5 minutes from the harbor right in the middle of the historic city center makes it easy to walk to boat tours, the ferries or restaurants. You will love staying at this property and working with Alexia.

Excellent property / Great communication

I just stayed at Charming Como in May for 2 nights for a short business trip. The apartment was extremely clean. It was well furnished, with plenty of room and lots of windows. The host had extremely good communication and made the entire process simple. I would definitely stay here again.

So comforting!

Was very relaxed at this cute apartment. It is also in a great location to get around everywhere. Highly recommend and extremely appreciate the great communication. She also kindly helped get us a taxi to pick us up on the day we left. Fantastic!!

Great Location!

We loved our stay in the Charming Como property ! The location was perfect, in the heart of everything. We were a block from a bakery that made the most amazing bread, a few blocks from the lake and steps from amazing restaurants. The apartment was nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the living room was a perfect place to wind down after a day in Como. BUT, the best part was waking up to the smell of coffee and fresh baked pastries wafting up from the cafe below! WOW! If you want an amazing place to stay in Como, look no further.

Lake Como family trip

This place has everything to accommodate adults, kids and young toddlers. I stayed here with my husband, two boys (5 and 2) and mom (72) for three nights. We used the place as a base to explore the city center of Como and to travel to Bellagio. Great central location, close to shops/grocery store/ferry, with all the necessary amenities, including A/C, washer, kitchen items, and much more. Alexia was also very kind to provide thorough check in instructions, parking options, and other details to make the stay as easy and comfortable for first time visitors. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful Como

This apartment was perfectly located on the old town, over a bakery/restaurant and a 30 second walk to coffee. We walked to groceries, the boat, the funicular, pizza and the churches and shops. The beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome. There was no downside to this apartment and I would highly recommend it!

Great launching pad for Como

We only had a short stay but it was perfect for ourselves and our two kids. Apartment is modern and spotless, right on a beautiful street in the pedestrian area of town. Wish we had more time there!
