"We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...

"We were in apt #2 of Casa Pelayo Cleanliness: The shower hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It had hair and dirt. We contacted management who apologized and said cleaning would come the next day. They didn't. The floors, of course, got progressively dirty throughout our 4 day trip but there was no broom and "extra cleaning" would have come with a fee so we ended up wearing shoes inside. Towels were never changed....for a four-day. False description: Speaking of towels, there were no beach...

"1. Directions from the app take you to the wrong address. 2. There are no numbered parking as she states. 3. The lockbox was hard to find per her instructions and would not relock when we departed. 4. We had to make our own beds when we arrived. 5. All responce was in spanish so I had to translate was a big hassle. 6. Slow to respond to messages. 7. ROCHES in the kitchen draws. I was able to get a picture of one for proof.
