"I had an excellent stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, but still quiet and relaxing. Mary was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything for a smooth check-in and stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Athens area and would love to stay here again in the future!"

"Very clean and smelled wonderful! Everything was convenient in the home and easy access to where we needed to be. The beds were very comfortable! The host was easy to reach and communicated very well-I love that! You can tell the host cares and it shows in the property as well! Thank you!"

"The house was very clean as well as the pool. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Christian before, during and after our stay. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house."

"This was the second time staying at College Town. It is a great location and very convenient to downtown and stadium. A short Uber ride!! Also super convenient to Publix (for groceries) and Dunkin Donuts (for breakfast and coffee). The unit was very neat and clean. We stayed on a football weekend and the only drawback was loud music playing next door the night of the game. It was really loud from 1:30-3:00 am. But I expect that in a college town on game day. We really like this unit and...

"This was unlike any location I have ever stayed. We really enjoyed it. It was one of the quietest locations, except for sounds of nature, I have ever been. Our dogs LOVED it. We hiked, grilled out, hung out at the lake and chilled by the fire. The tiny home was perfect. The host was responsive to all my questions. This is in the description but the cell service is extremely spotty. If you need to be online, this might not be the place for you. "

"The property was great for our needs. There were 3 couples and 3 small children and we were all very comfortable. We appreciated that the door on the porch going to the deck locked and we were able to let the kids play on the porch. Beds were very comfortable. We arrived later than we thought we would and it was dark, but had no problems getting in. Close to grocery stores and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. "
