"Everything was spot on: clean, well maintained, well equipped kitchen. There was a beautiful garden to use too. The hosts, Jon and Sara were lovely with plenty of helpful hints, advice and general information. I would certainly recommend!"

"Excellent location, next to a lovely park by the beach. Our room was spotless and we even had a little seating area outside our room.
Lovely and quiet at night. Parking was the trickiest bit in terms of getting luggage to/from the car park (a 7-8 minute walk) but we'd only gone for a night so we were able to do it all in one go."

"We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"Die Wohnung war sauber, modern eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Location war perfekt. Zu Fuß waren es 10-15 Minuten in die Innenstadt und an den Hafen. Der Host hat noch am Tag unserer Ankunft nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.Sehr zu empfehlen"

"It makes Fawlty Towers look professional, friendly and clean. Couldn't quite believe this is a functioning institution. The fact they refuse to refund the booking only adds insult to injury. Shame on Hotels.com for even listing this place. And shame for them not protecting their users by refunding themselves."

"This was our 3rd stay at the Muntham Appartments (6th stay with Torquay holiday Lettings in total) & was fantastic as always. Grant & Adam always make us feel very welcome and valued guests. Our room was spotlessly clean as always and stocked with the essentials, as well as some lovely treats too. Brody (our doggie) is always happy staying here, he’s supplied with useful throws/towels etc. as well as some tasty treats and lots of affection from both Grant & Adam and is always excited to see...
