"The bed was very comfortable and lot of pillows to suit all kinds of softness. No smelly corridors and the room was very spacious. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our one night stay here. The small paint peeling on bathroom door and tub didn’t bother us at all. Very few hotels offer a water bottle and shower cap etc kind of amenities these days. I will definitely book here every time we visit Austin."

"Room carpet was filthy and torn. Room was musty and had fleas, pool had no towels and pool umbrellas required multiple requests to open. I distinctly asked if $50 incidental charge would be credited upon check out. Front desk assured me it would but then charged me $28 additional amenity/reservation fee. This did not exist 2 wknds ago. This Fee included $33 food & beverage voucher BUT only 1 per day & could only be used at restaurant which opens at 4pm & checkout 11am. Told me I could not use...
