"Beautiful old building on a lovely street with lots to look at and beautiful countryside to explore. Breakfast was sooo good."

"Overall a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, the evening meal was good as was the breakfast. If the hotel has high occupancy the restaurant can get very busy at breakfast time, but the reception staff did warn us of this. "

"Yes to both questions. Though a busy Saturday afternoon mean there was only one parking space when I arrived available because someone was just leaving!"

"Large spacious room, comfortable beds, small but modern bathroom, great setting and nice and quiet over night, free parking on site. Staff were very helpful with any of our questions, breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of variety and all for a very reasonable price. Will definitely return"

"Only two staff trying to run hotel. Had to wait for a table then service, even though the restaurant only had a couple of people in it. As the girl couldn’t run everything, not her fault. Food was terrible and dry with brown coleslaw. The hotel didn’t seem that busy considering it was Easter weekend. Had the same problem I at the other Premiere Inn hotel in Exeter last year."

"Did not like room as to small for a double and very noisy as room facing road , also very hot , bathroom had no ventilation .breakfast was half cooked as they were very busy so overall would not stay again in this hotel"

"Lovely clean room with very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Superb views across to the hills behind the village. Very nice toiletries provided and excellent tea/coffee/hot chocolate in room facilities with biscuits! I really enjoyed the comfortable residents lounge which was unexpected but a nice place to relax and read a book (motor racing or vehicle enthusiasts will enjoy the book selection). The breakfast was very high quality with local Ingredients and beautifully presented. Gluten...

"We were made very welcome by John and hadall we needed for a very comfortable stay with our two dogs. There were lots of little touches that added to our good experience-including welcome bags for each dog and more than adequate continental breakfast. We would highly recommend a d stay again. "Had a lovely stay at the Ammonite guest house. The hosts were very attentive. The parking was either just outside or a space for a car around the back. Warning, it's a very small lane, wing mirrors in! 😂. The breakfast was very filling. Lots to choose from. Would definitely book again. "
