"The property is looked after very well. Nicely decorated and well equipped. The location is great to be a base for exploring around beautiful north Wales. Shops, restaurants and beaches are all less than 3 mins walk. "

"My familys first holiday away. Absolutely fine, had everything we needed the host was really helpful and friendly and directed us on a great safe path . We will definitely be booking again hopefully next week we enjoyed it that much "

"We picked a very cold night - the caravan didn't heat up at all. Owners where great with communication & caravan was clean (except one moldy curtain in living area & no light in main bedroom. However we did pick a night that was out of season & the temperature was in the minus 4 Mark."

"Very nice within walking distance of the pier."

"Well positioned and good facilities. Very enjoyable stay.Keysafe difficult to operate and radiator in downstairs toilet dirty and rusty. Needs repainting as does other parts of accommodation. Nice pictures and ornaments. Reasonably priced. Douvet too small for double bed.Cooker controls difficult to operate.Comfortable sofa. 8 out of ten. Would stay there again."

"Roomy, comfortable apartment on 2 floors. The view was so engaging. Bedrooms are upstairs - quiet at night even with the restaurant on ground floor. (Make a reservation at Paysanne, the best meal in Wales!) Had everything we needed. Stairs a drawback if physically challenged - use care on narrow steps to top floor. Train line stops directly across the street so very convenient to get around the area without a car."

"We loved our time at Bay View Terrace! It was a perfect base for exploring around Llandudno and North Wales. The hill was steep but we had a feeling of accomplishment when we made it to the top! The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed taking the tram to the top of the Great Orme and exploring the copper mine there. We had good meals and drinks at the Kings Head, the Kings Arms, and the Queen Vic. We'd love to return if we're back in Wales!"
