"The hotel was in a convenient location, right off of I-95, and had ample, safe parking. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good on the day we stayed. It included cheese omelette, a variety of breads, muffins, cinnamon roll, cereals, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, biscuits & mushroom gravy. The coffee was excellent, they have a machine that grinds beans every time it brews a cup of coffee. My only issue is that breakfast was until 9:30a.m. and by 9:15 there was only one cheese...

We asked the front desk if the pack and play is in the room already, they said yes. We got in the room.. and the pack and play was not there. The TV didn’t work at all. When we told the front desk, he said he was aware and that’s been broken for a while (so why wouldn’t you tell us before checking us in??) and offered to move us to a diff room, but...

"While the staff was friendly, that was the only thing good about the motel. Yes I do understand the phase “you get what you paid for” but even here that phase doesn’t work. I paid for a non smoking room yet first thing that hit us was the weed smell when we opened the door, then the little grinded up peices of weed on the floor. The tube bottome was block from the lack of cleaning. The bed had cigarette burns and the pillows smelled musty. Definitely not worth the 100 for the 1 night. Again...

"I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations for the brand. The property is quite old and in need of a major update. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and I noticed hair in the shower tub, which was disappointing. The breakfast was okay, but nothing standout. Overall, considering the price, the stay did not feel worth it and fell below the standard I usually associate with La Quinta."

"We specifically booked this property because they have an indoor pool. My wife has a medical condition and needs to swim as often as possible. This was the only property we found in the area that advertised an indoor pool. When she went downstairs this morning, she was told the pool was closed for several weeks for maintenance- they needed to replace the heater. I understand that things happen that are unavoidable, but it would have been nice to have this information in our confirmation email so...

"The hotel was great; staff was courteous. Maybe this was just a one off but our room didn’t have sheets available for the sofa bed so I had to come to the lobby to get them. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty (and since they are secured to the wall, could not even put some water on them and shake them) - not a big deal but hopefully a tiny detail they can improve on"
